  Excellent customer service from Rosse and Lary! They went above and beyond to help me. They saved a bag of my dog’s food that is being discontinued, and no other store had it available. They also explained which food I could give my dogs as an alternative since the one I usually buy will no longer be available. I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication. It has been a long time since I felt this good about shopping at Petco. Thank you, Rosse and Lary, for your amazing service! Petco needs more employees like you.

  To be honest, I’m usually a PetSmart person but this store has made me a fan… everyone here is so nice and friendly. My dog and me love it

  My experience at Petco Doral always has been great, good, clean, kind people and good products for my cats. And good team working there, good customer service.

  Very bad experience I took my dog for grooming service and alexi the girl who was in charge my dog was very rude and disrespectful since the beginning she was afraid of the dog actually my dog doesn’t bite she charge me extra cause she said that my dog was not small size and I accepted with no hesitation my dog is a French bulldog that I consider is not a big dog. Then later she told me that she was not able to dry my god because he was very anxious that I don’t believe cause he is not an anxious dog . I don’t recommend this place specially this lady called Alexis

  Hoy llevé a bañar a mi niño de cuatro patas Blue , la atención fue pésima no me lo secaron me lo dieron mojado y no le pusieron la pañoleta la muchacha se llama Alexis le tenía miedo, Blue es Muy cariñoso y nunca ha mordido a nadie pero ella le tiene miedo a lo perros no debe trabajar ahí , no lo llevo más a ese lugar aunque le dejé hasta propina que no lo merecía
