  I took my dog there for his annual vaccinations and bloodwork. The staff was great and the veterinarian, Dr. Glickman, was amazing!

  Dr. ONeil was excellent. He took time with my dog to get her comfortable while she was nervous. He took time to explain a lot of things to me and shared some great insight. The techs who worked with my dog were patient and also very kind. A great experience overall.

  I've brought my cat here for the last couple of years, we've always gone with vetco at different locations since 2021. Never had a problem and yes it is more expensive than other places. Last year she was neutered and seen for vaccines at this location with zero issues. She has a notation in her file recommending gabbapentin prior to the appt because she is aggressive and the meds help her and the staff that sees her. I said as much when I made the appt by phone and prior to her being seen. This year the vet refused to write the prescription. I was still charged the 90 for the exam fee that the vet couldn't administer because she was aggressive. Like the file said. Like i said. Twice. I called location and requested a refund and I was told no because they were able to take her temperature and give her the vaccines. So I basically paid for nothing, no exam given in addition to the vaccines that are also billed separately. I feel I have been ripped off 90 dollars and the level of care she was given was pretty much zero. There are a million other places that I can take her that will treat her with more compassion and that charge less. Don't bring your pets here.

  Vetco. Hillsboro Blvd. Deerfield Beach. Fl Disgusting service. Made vaccine appt. 1:30 It was confirmed by email. Got there 10 min before appt time. Said that spot was filled. Showed her the email.. Sorry…can’t fit you in … Next time is 5pm. Went to Vetco on west Glades Fit me right in. 5 STAR SERVICE.

  I’m so grateful to the vet nurses Bianca and Rebeca for taking such amazing care of my dog, Pipoca, during his hospital stay. I was very nervous and scared something worse could happen, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding the entire time. They kept me calm, answered all my questions, and truly cared — not just for Pipoca, but for me too. Thank you both - and Dr. Keiko - for your compassion and professionalism. You made a very stressful moment so much easier. 🐾
