  Very disappointed with the grooming department, they don't do grooming or nail trimming for dogs over 10 years old,so old animals don't deserve grooming?

  Very friendly place to shop. Staff is Great. Took a perscription to Petco for special cat food. Had a good stock on the shelves and had my perscription put on one of their cards with a barcode. And even got my original one given back to me. Very easy with no issues. Will shop at Petco for all my Pets needs. Thanks. R Ramsey

  After seeing many doctors and spending thousands of dollars trying to stabilize my pet’s allergies, I finally met Dr. Sheena Sanil — and her simple yet assertive approach made all the difference. I am incredibly thankful for her care and expertise. It’s always easy to get an appointment, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you as well to Bianca Polanco for being so kind and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

  See pictures attached - Beyond disgusting and disappointing experience. I was shopping and saw multiple dead goldfish in the tank. Some were legitimately eating the MULTIPLE dead goldfish simultaneously that were on the bottom of the tank, so much so that the flesh was gone. It was the tank of goldfish to the right of what looked like the employee office if that helps. I was standing horrified and a male employee with black hair and a shaved beard comes out of the door (what appears to be the office) and I point to the tank and tell him that multiple are dead. He responded “that just happens” and went into the office and slammed the door. I responded by saying “can you at least take them out?” and by that point he had already slammed the door on me and couldn’t hear me. It was a split second interaction and it was absolutely disgusting. I walked around to try and find another employee and found Kelly. I had told her the situation and she ensured that it would be taken care of and that she would talk to the employee who was so dismissive of me. I explained to her that I have 3 dogs and have had fish growing up, but this would be my first fish as an adult (23 y/o) so this was an extremely poor experience. I left the store and came back 15 minutes later and the fish were STILL dead floating or sinking in the tank. I approached Kelly again and she said she spoke with the staff member. Why weren’t the dead fish removed from the tank? On some level I understand that in a tank full of 40+ fish there are bound to be a few that are not well. I get it. It’s nature and it is the way it is. HOWEVER, there was clearly NO promptness or urgency to do anything about it after I had brought it to multiple staff’s attention. I was so excited to come here and I am so beyond dissatisfied and disgusted
