  They were absolutely phenomenal very professional very personal time was good the nurse and the doctor were excellent the prices are extremely reasonable I would highly recommend Banfield on International Speedway

  My dog had dental service and I paid $90 for a shot that would alleviate the nausea from the sedation. Needless to say, my dog was vomiting when they brought her to me in the lobby, once outside, and in my car. I went back inside to express my concerns and they wanted me to pay another $24 for one pill that would eligibly stop the vomiting after I already paid the $90. They only care about money and not pet care. The pet tech said this a business and they could not just give me A PILL nor did they provide any additional assistance unless I paid more money which again, having paid the $90 for the shot that did not work, they just wanted more money. My dog vomited green bile all that night, green bile and they did not care and claimed it was from the leash around her neck as to why she was vomiting at the office. Well what about at home when she was awaking to an upset stomach. It was after hours and no we did not have the additional money for Per ER. This all could have been avoided if the Banfield showed just an ounce of compassion for my pet. Do yourself a favor and find a local community vet that actual cares about your pet. I have been with this co for over 20 years and they use to actually care. They would have offered a sample of medicine provided by medical vendors vs making ppl pay more money. I mean $24 for one damn pill, that is extortion and that is with the so so pet care plan discount. Just insane.

  Great staff! Very personable and friendly. I did have trouble getting my dog back. The staff wanted to keep my little Peanut and take her home with them. I don't understand why? 5.5 lbs of love bug.

  Loved that this location is a standalone hospital outside of PetSmart! Plenty of parking, super clean inside, and the staff was extremely friendly. Process was smooth and seamless—in and out with zero issues.
