Maddie and Dr. O’Neill were wonderful with my dog, Goose! They were so gentle and caring with him and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I really appreciated how informative and reassuring they were—it made the visit so much less stressful. You can tell they care about the animals they treat. Thank you both for taking such good care of Goose! Highly recommend this Vetco!

Joseph and Dr. Rothen were the most caring medical professionals I have ever interacted with. I am extremely happy with the care I received for my senior cat and will definitely be returning. I was seen immediately, the tests ran fast and there was clear price transparency. Highly recommended!

Very good service the you g lady I. The front was a sweet heart,And the staff was very nice explain everything that they were going to charge before they started with my pet price was reasonable but I wish they would have like a care package for people that are seniors. It’ll be a little more easier in our pockets but other than that, I can’t complain. The doctor was very nice. Explained everything to me give me medication for Chili I will Take my pet there again🐶

Maddie and Dr.Rothen are absolutely incredible! They took the time to really make us and our beloved dog, Ranger feel comfortable. Our boy is an old boy at 14 yo and had stopped eating. We feared the worst, and thought it might be time to start making decisions about end of life care. Maddie and Dr.Rothen gathered detailed information from us about Rangers past, health, and the days leading up to our appointment with them. They really care and it shows in every way. We are happy to report Ranger health has since improved dramatically he’s back to being his old self and we are so grateful to the care team at Vetco Total Care! I highly recommend this location and encourage you to ask for Maddie and Dr.Rothen for you next vet appointment!

I brought my dog in on a Saturday. Dr. Rothen was away so my dog saw Dr. O’Neil. I brought my Boxer in because he hasn’t been wanting to jump on the couch or the bed. I told the vet tech and the girl at the front desk what was going on with him & they were fantastic. Dr. O’Neil didn’t even touch my dog, didn’t take vital signs but said the issue was he was “morbidly obese” and his hips were bothering him. Then proceeded to compare my dog to a 104 pound bulldog. My boxer is 7 and 88 pounds. I was aware he did to lose some weight, but the doctor was SET on him being “MORBIDLY OBESE” (see photos). He wanted to put him on a strict diet and decrease his food by more than 50% immediately. Later that day, he was admitted to the emergency with an EXTREMELY high heart rate & was being monitored for a heart arrhythmia. If the fact that he didn’t take vitals wasn’t sitting right with me, I would have never known & God knows what could have happened to my dog. Again, the vet techs and other vet were amazing to my babies. But Dr. O’Neil will not be seeing my dogs due to negligent treatment. I paid for a service & don’t feel I received that service from this doctor.
