- TBTony BurnsOct 3, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Matty and Paul at Pet Supermarket in Davie were wonderful! They helped us shop for our new puppy and even stayed 10 minutes after closing without making us feel rushed. So kind, patient, and welcoming. Thank you both for going above and beyond!
- SGSarah GradolphOct 2, 20261.0The incredibly sick cashier hacking all over everything was really off putting. It tells me eithet Petco's staffing sucks & they don't have bodies so sick employees can take off &/or they don't care.
- SZSusie ZawadaOct 1, 20265.0The management team at this location are wonderful! We just found out that our dog has stage 3 cancer with an estimated 2-4 mos to live. I stopped by and explained that I still had a full bag that I had purchased early because it was 20% off. The team made the decision to give me a full refund - this kindness was totally unexpected
- MRMaría RodríguezSep 18, 20261.0I loved coming to this Petco store but not anymore. The guy today was rude, asked him about having more boxes of a product and he just wasn’t in the mood, he just told me, “don’t you see it?” I was like dude, I have already 3 boxes with me but I need more! -“Don’t you see them?” Again, I see them but the product there is the same brand same color but not the ones I need! I just left …
- ECEvelyn cooperSep 10, 20261.0Came to this place looking to buy a small pet and service was bismal . No one approached us at any pointswhich isn’t an issue. What is an issue is when we asked for help multiple times and we were basically blown off. One of the associates said she would be back and never came back, the other person basically said they were busy and did not offer to have anyone else help. Tbh we were pretty disappointed because we were looking to buy a couple of pets along with whatever else they would need and ended up leaving due to the poor service. Honestly do not recommend at all, go to Petland instead at least they don’t ignore you.
