  I go to Petco often. Staff is friendly and helpful. Edwin is always pleasant and helped me today with a pet carrier. I recommend 👌

  Thanks,to Jackie for advise ,me on specials they have on grooming , and made a appointment with her for my 2 dogs , it was a great experience ,and they do excellent work on your dogs and other animals , kamilla. ,on the day of my appointment did a excellent job on trimming my dog's nails and smoothed them to be smooth , I will definely ,tell all my friends ,with animals to come to this location , girls attitude and ,had great customer service ,and they both even smiled and welcome us there on each vist ,a great experience and great place to take your animals for all your grooming needs ,and ask them about specials for grooming ,you be happy you did ,at a affordable price for all to afford in today's. Economy . ,sincerly, Mr. Presser ,,I be back to take my doggies here to trim nails at a affordable price, and girls ,are excellent 👍

  This message is for the Petco corporate office in San Diego to see, I went into the Coral springs, FL store to buy Wholehearted grain free dog food for my dogs, reached up to get a bag and moths flew off the bags into my face. Moths were in the crevices of the bags and flying around. I called over one of the staff members to ask what in the world was this going on, he told me that this can happen in a pet store, when asked why weren't precautions taken to prevent infestation and he didnt have an answer. All the bags on the top two shelves had to be thrown out. This should NEVER happen. I never experienced this before in this store so either a manager or more likely a District mgr or Regional who is supposed to oversee the store operations DROPPED THE BALL, you didn't exterminate or whatever you were supposed to do which caused an incredible inconvenience for those of us using that dog food. . And your standard responses to negative reviews reflects it as well. Call the same store that screwed up??? For what, to do what. Furthermore, I read the review about the experience a customer had with their dog at your "Vetco" with a Dr. Costas, those customers were very nice because I would have fussed her out in front of everyone and she would have been the one humiliated, furthermore when the vaccines went on the floor, we would have walked out. She's fortunate someone hasn't cussed her out. People's pets are very precious to them like children. Respect that. Having a bad day, keep it to yourself! No one told you that because you have a veterinary supply store that you could "also" run a doctor's office. Just another "fast food" veterinary practice like so many others here in "South Florida". Superficial, fake, with no authenticity. Get your act together so you don't waste a bunch of dog food again, it was ridiculous. Your company has been in business too long to not know how to prevent and infestation. Oh and by the way, I brought my cat to your "Vetco" in 2021, doctor could hardly speak English, annoying, and came out with a laundry list of things they thought " needed to be done". Typical, you come in for one thing, just like VCA and the doctor's are mandated to upsell and run up a tab. Pathetic, I would not use "Vetco" again
