I took my dog here today, as our primary vet was closed. Andrea was very helpful and nice, and was able to get my dog in for an appointment. Fran, the tech that helped us today was amazing and very understanding of my dogs temperament. They handled her with care, despite her not being the easiest to handle. Would definitely come back again.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen. However, my recent experience with the Banfield Hospital Coral Springs, Turtle Creek Drive location has been consistently disappointing and warrants sharing.
Several weeks ago, I requested an important medication for my dog. Unfortunately, my request was never processed, and no one contacted me to explain the delay or provide an update.
Approximately one week later, I called the clinic again to place the order. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes without receiving any assistance. I called back later that day, and a staff member asked if I could remain on hold for another five minutes. I explained that I had already waited 15 minutes during my previous call and did not have the time to wait again. Instead, I left my phone number and requested a return call.
More than 48 hours have passed, and I still have not received a callback.
I enrolled my dog in the monthly wellness plan with the expectation of receiving reliable care and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
Based on these repeated communication failures, it appears the location would benefit from additional staff and improved customer service training to ensure clients receive timely assistance and follow-up.

I’ve been here twice and both times they had me wait over an HOUR past my appointment time. They also did not call me when my dog was ready for pickup 🤦♀️. Every time they claim their doctor had some type of “emergency” and that’s why they are running late - which is bullshit because they tell me that same line every time. I waited for an hour straight past my appointment time just for the lady to come in and say “the doctor will be in shortly”. I told her I am absolutely not waiting longer I’ve been waiting for over an hour now this is unacceptable. She responded very unprofessionally and no empathy saying “Ma’am I told you he’ll be in shortly”. No apology whatsoever for having me wait for over an hour 🤦♀️🤦♀️. Mind you I was literally the only client there!! (attached pictures for reference). Then they forgot to call me when my dog was ready for pickup - I finally went in person they said he is ready for pickup but again it will be a “wait time” because “all their nurses are busy”. So now I waited another 20 minutes just for them to bring out my dog . He needed 1 vaccine which takes 5 minutes and it takes 1 minute to carry someone’s dog out- instead they had me wait in the room for over an hour just to tell me it will be a longer wait time. Then forgot to tell me my dog was ready for pickup so that’s another 3 hours I waited. Then made me wait when my dog was ready for pickup that’s another 20 minutes. So an appointment that was supposed to be 15 minutes literally took 4.5 hours - very poor customer service and unprofessional

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
