Banfield is good. This location is bad. I have been calling trying to get an update on my Simparica Trio refill that my dog needs. I already pay for this in my monthly plan. I have called this location multiple times and they picked up the phone the first few times because I could hear them breathing and the background noises but then they hung up me. Then I called back and they would answer for a second and then hang up on me or place me on hold forever. Usually Banfield always picks up the phone and asks if it’s an emergency or if I can get put on a hold. This location just hangs up on me or ignores me. I’m supposed to pay for this and trust your doctors? The front desk staff at this location need to get replaced. Terrible service.

Never bring your dog here!!!! My dog just had to get put down from being completely normal prior to our visit here, she had a simple uti infection which the doctor told us she had to get spayed. Now all the sudden she has neurological problems from them giving her too strong of a dosage of medication. They have absolutely no love or care for the pets people bring to them… the vet is just a desperate for money! This vet has no care of peoples feelings for there pets after continuously bringing her in to get check after the spay, she wasn’t doing good so they injected something into her neck to help with the pain of the spay… then gave me back my dog with blood on her neck. Then claimed it was Ivdd which it wasn’t even Ivdd after we brought her to another specialist which then told us she was given to high of a dosage of medications which caused her to have neurological problems and basically put my dog into a suffering pain at only 4 years old. After the spay she became super sick, refusing food and water, she would barely ever leave her bed, and wouldn’t even respond to her name, followed by continuous episode of pain. They charged us thousands of dollars for prescriptions that were absolutely just making my dog worse and continuing to feed us with false information on what was wrong with our dog never bring your pet to this vet he should be behind bars.

Came in because my dog had an actual problem that needed to be addressed. Paid $100 just to leave with the original problem still unresolved and no real solution. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend coming here if you’re expecting the issue you came in for to actually be treated.
