  Where do I begin?! I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic! From booking our appointment to paying the bill our experience was amazing. The setup is unlike anything I’ve ever seen - all in the very best of ways. There’s no lobby to wait to get checked in. Each pet has a private room to wait in set up like a small living room space complete with toys, treats, a rug, and furniture. My baby girl a liking to the rug as pictured, totally relaxed. The staff was all so friendly, kind, and informative. When it came time for her rabies vaccines, the vet sat right on the floor to play with her to get to know her and make her feel safe and welcomed. Her assistant had a pup cup in hand during administration to give a complete distraction, so much so my baby didn’t even flinch. I’ve never had such incredible service at any veterinarian office, including the previous mobile one we used to have. I’m SO GLAD to have found a clinic that truly cares about the happiness and wellbeing of our fur babies. We’ll be back for everything! ❤️ Thank you!

  Our technician Gabriela was absolutely amazing! so sweet, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. she answered any question i had and made sure i felt comfortable. the whole clinic was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience so smooth and stress-free. you can truly tell how much they care about both the pets and their owners.

  I’ve brought my German Shepherd–Belgian Malinois mix here multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. As many owners of these breeds know, they can sometimes be unfairly judged or feared in clinical settings, so finding a true fear-free clinic meant a lot to me. The staff consistently treated my dog with patience, kindness, and respect, which made her feel comfortable and welcomed every visit. A special thank you to Gabbi, who handled her with so much care and compassion. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and understands how to work with dogs that may need a little extra trust and reassurance. Because of the positive experiences I’ve had, my dog was welcomed back on multiple occasions without hesitation, and that speaks volumes about this clinic’s professionalism and commitment to fear-free care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about both pets and their owners.

  PetVet365 has such a different feel from a normal vet office in the best way possible. The no-tables exam rooms and fear free approach really help pets stay calm, and I appreciated that everything was done right in the room with us instead of taking our pet somewhere else. Our baby saturn is terrified of vets but is always so happy to come to PetVet. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, and Gabbi was especially awesome. We love her!!!! You can tell this team truly cares about both pets and their owners.

  had a great experience with PetVet365! I really love their fear free approach and how they do everything in the room with you and your pet instead of taking them away. The environment feels much calmer and more comfortable than a traditional vet office, and you can tell they genuinely care about making pets feel safe. Also, Gabbi is such a sweet and wonderful tech, she made the whole experience even better!
