I cannot say enough good things about Zach! Finding a groomer who truly cares about your dog can be tough, but Zach is the absolute best. He is incredibly patient and gentle with my dog, Ollie.
Not only is his handling amazing, but his grooming skills are top-notch. My dog always comes out looking fantastic, smelling great, and perfectly trimmed. It’s such a relief to drop my dog off knowing they are in such kind, capable hands. If you’re looking for a talented groomer who treats your pet like their own, definitely ask for Zach! We have taken Ollie for 5 appointments now with Zach, and we have been happy every time.
I’ve been taking my dog for grooming at Clermont Petco for about 2 years. Kayleigh used to do his grooming, but during my previous visits, another groomer had been doing it. I called and found out that Kayleigh had already left the store.
I took my dog for the basic bath package + deshedding (additional $30); I was told to return in 2 hours and that I would also receive a text message that my dog would be ready.
Two hours later, I still had not received a text, so I drove to the store and arrived there 2 hours and 15 minutes after I dropped him off. When I got there, I saw my dog thru the glass window (he saw me, too). About five minutes later, he was brought out; I paid and drove home.
I just vacuumed the carpet at my home the day prior, but I noticed clumps of loose hair again. I checked my dog and noticed on his left and right side there’s a 4-inch wide area that runs from the shoulder to his tail, as if someone ran a mower (perhaps the deshedding brush). I didn’t notice it when I picked him up because he was still kinda wet, but when his coat dried, it’s very visible. The next day, we went out for a drive – hair was flying all over that I had immediately vacuum the car when we got home. I gave him a bath using a rubber mit that has rubber studs on the palm side. I removed a tremendous amount of hair that it clogged the bathtub.
I felt cheated, and the groomer did NOT even bother telling me that the deshedding was not completed.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY!

Been bringing my dog there for over a year. It was always not too bad and somewhat affordable. This last time I had a new lady and my dog still had a dirty face. But on top of that I had two $10 “scissor fees” on my bill. When I pointed that out and asked what it was for, I was told “oh, this is something we add on automatically “… I looked at her and said that that’s not gonna happen. I’ve never heard of that. She took it off, but this is really bothering me now.
Then I went ahead and wanted to cancel my vital care premium membership, which I was told was a month to month service and they are telling me now it’s an annual contract. This is unbelievable and I will contact management. How crooked they are!

I was extremely happy with the grooming Services Provided. I highly recommend using a Petco and Clermont Florida. My dog Sure did..

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service! There were literally 3 ladies in the front desk looking at a computer monitor and another one laughing/ talking on the phone while a line of customers were waiting to be helped. I literally waited over 15 minutes and not one looked up at me to acknowledge my presence. Needlesstosay, I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere, with polite staff members.
