  They always have what I need and they give you $5.00 for every $100 spent. Friendly staff. I also love the self-serve doggie shampoo tubs.

  I love Best Buy! Great products, good service and most of them have friendly staff, I haven't really dealt with the staff at this one too much. I just knew where the item was I needed and got it. The store is easy to find, get in and out of. It is also in the same plaza as Homesense and Petco and many other big stores which make it an easy place to go kill time if you have to wait for someone shopping in another store. They sell about any kind of electronic item you can use in your house up to and including washers and dryers, refrigerators, computers, cell phones, tablets, headphones, TV Sets etc etc...

  Horrible customer service. I made an appointment a week in advance. I informed your store one of my puppies was on seizure medication. I show up to the appointment to be told by Beth that my puppies can’t be groomed because they have epilepsy. They don’t have epilepsy they are on medication for seizures which they no longer have because they are on medication!! I have been taking them PetSmart for several appointments and this was never an issue. I only picked your company because I moved and this was the closest location. You have lost a customer for life due to your discrimination of pets on medication.

  Krista, the Betta Fish Queen, we are incredibly grateful for your patience and expertise. When we brought our new and unexpected Betta home, we were quite frustrated with the setup that was suggested by another pet store .
