- TMTaylor M.3 days ago5.0This Petco has always been great, but on a really hard day all of the employees, particularly Canyon, really helped. My dog passed away and I didn't want my house to be empty, but I'm definitely not ready for another furbaby. I decided to get a couple betta fish, although it was my first time getting fish as an adult. Obviously I was very overwhelmed given the entirety of the situation, but Canyon made the entire experience incredibly calm and enjoyable. ❤️ He explained everything to me I needed to know to get started, got me set up with everything I would need and more, and helped me pick out my two new fish family members. I'm very appreciative to him and all the employees that are working at this Petco!

When I got home I realized the best by date was May 2026 which is pretty much this month. I took it back to the store and returned it because the other bags were also dated May 2026. I wound up buying from petsmart. Petsmart is much cleaner, doesn't smell and has a huge assortment of pet food with very long expiration dates.

I had a young girl and her boyfriend that complained that they had to bring at fifty pound bag of dog food to my house proceeded to call me fat and lazy that I could have went.And got it little.Do they know what is going on in my life?And why I wasn't able to go and pick it up myself. Truly rude this is their job.I don't know why they're complaining.They knew what they were getting into when they signed up for the pickup. Because of doordash I will not order from patco again. And I don't know if I'll continue still doing business with you guys after the experience.I've had.
