  I’ve been taking my dog here the last 4 times for a nail trim. My dog is very anxious when getting her nails done and our old nail tech had moved (she was very understanding and patient with my dog), but we found reviews of Touch of Class and really liked them after seeing she did well the first time and we continued to go. Today we went and she was more on edge, probably due to another dog barking at her a lot when we got there (I should’ve known it would make her more anxious and we should’ve left then). They had multiple people standing with her holding her down as she was jerking and crying out (she calms down when she is being spoken to and petted, after a while I saw one of the people doing this and it got better). I told them she seemed to be really bad today but they continued. I understand with difficult dogs it can be hard to get their nails done, and they did a good job trying to accommodate as they have the last couple of times but upon checking out it took them a long time to ring it up on the computer and then I noticed the price was $10 more and they didn’t say anything so I inquired and she said it was because the extra help. I understand this and was going to tip very appropriately to cover the extra help but this caught me off guard as this has never appeared before and the employees weren’t going to address the price alteration if it wasn’t for me asking and then the pressure to tip on top of the additional charge (which to be honest I tipped based on the original price only). I did try to look up the prices online to see if this $10 charge was accurate but they do not list their prices anywhere. Just wanted to express my issue and disappointment with the price discrepancy.

  Both the groomers that did my minature schnauzer and my terrier mix did an excellent job! They look so adorable thank you… highly recommended.

  Hayden has been grooming our three Golden Doodles for over two years, and we couldn't be happier with the care and quality of his work. Every visit includes a bath, haircut, thorough brushing, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, paw pad trimming, and nail trimming. Our dogs always look and feel amazing when they leave. At first, we thought the price seemed a little high, especially since we have three dogs that are groomed every 4–6 weeks. We even tried another groomer to save some money. Unfortunately, we quickly realized the difference in quality. The other groomer wasn't brushing all the way down to the skin, which resulted in mats that went undetected. With Hayden, we know our dogs are receiving exceptional care and attention to detail. The quality of his grooming is worth every penny, and we're so glad to be back with him. If you're looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pets and does an outstanding job, we highly recommend Hayden!
