  Apt times aren't kept. I had an apt for 1:30 pm and arrived early. I wasn't checked in until 1:50 pm. This is when I was told that they were running late. However, if they were running late thats something they should have said on the confirmation call that morning at 11 am. I ended up waiting an entire hour and the exam did not start until 2:30 pm. That is completely unacceptable. It was for shots for my dog and the actual apt once the vet was there to administer the shots took 2 min. I waisted my afternoon when I had other things I had to do. Be careful they will make you wait an extra hour for your apt.

  Our first experience with the Petco Vetco was a positive one. We rescued a stray kitten and brought her in because she has now our inside house cat and they were patient and took their time with us to answer all of our concerns and questions. Our little mango will continue to be seen there.

  the people are very nice! the seating is like jail seats, little benches that have no padding. I'm not sure how they compare to regular vets, but it did seem very exspensive.

  I just left this place. Around 5:30. I was put in a room at 4:30 with my scheduled appointment. I ended up walking out leaving because I had to get to work. Never saw a doctor. I called the 1-800 number to see if this is how this company operates and Vetco told me that this clinic at this address is ran by a different company. I would run from here I’m not going back.
