  Granddaughters enjoyed looking at all of the dogs, cats, reptiles & fish. They even had puppies in an enclosed puppy pen that kept them entertained for quite some time. They have an enclosed grooming area that was equally fun watching the dogs & puppies getting primped. The store has a wide variety of supplies that are well organized for your pets & the staff was very cordial and helpful. Nice store!

  Harness fitted perfectly. Associates took the time to help me find the right one for patches on her run. Life saver for real since her other harness snapped so this is so much better!

  It was raining and I parked and went for a cart there was NONE outside the store so when I went in there was NONE inside the front of the store and as I was walking to the dog food I seen MULTIPLE carts all over the store filled with products like they were using them to return or clean up items throughout the store. So I had to grab enough canned dog food to last me a week and carry it in my arms since there weren’t any carts. I’m handicapped and this was difficult for me. Then when I got to the line to pay I had to stand and hold them all waiting in line with two people ahead of me and only one person working the register. I mentioned when it was my turn about the carts and she had no care. All she said was I don’t know. That’s when I said well if there weren’t so many carts filled throughout the store maybe I’d had a cart and she didn’t say nothing just like she didn’t care what I had to say. I’m definitely going to think about going somewhere else especially since my dog has pancreatitis and is on prescription food for the rest of his life and he’s only six so I’m going to be buying his $6 something food for a long time and I don’t know if I should take that chance again at that store.
