  If I could give 10 stars for this review, I would! Roger, Claire and everyone at Panacea are simply the best. We've boarded our Golden Retriever puppies multiple times now (starting at 6 months), and we couldn't be happier with the care they've received. Communication is always A+ (including pics!) and the care and thought put into each dog is really incredible. The last time our pups stayed, the smaller guy Oscar, developed a limp (which has happened a couple of times at home too) which is a result of his larger brother, Iver, literally doing a 'leg drop' on him (if you're familiar with wrestling) - it is wrestlemania 24/7 with our dogs. Roger suggested poor Oscar go to vet so I made an appointment and Roger drove him himself. Not only did Oscar have to be kept quiet for the remainder of the week, but he also needed some anti-imflammatories. It was terrible not to be able to come home right away, but I knew he was in the best care at Panacea. Add to this that we also ran out of food (embarrassing!), so they bought some for us...this is all above and beyond in my book. We were already loyal supporters, but we are now fans for life.

  We have been boarding our dog Lani and cat Trixie at Panacea Pet Resort for over two years now; probably 20 times. The staff are exceptionally caring of our animals. We book out early so we know they'll have availability. The rates are very fair and cheaper than any other place we've looked into. We also have them bathed and their nails clipped. It's such a comfort knowing our animals will be loved and cared for while we're away. The staff are so friendly and kind. We always pay in cash to avoid the bank transaction fee. It just makes everything easier. We live about 30 miles away. There are closer boarding facilities but none I'd trust more. The genuine care our animals receive is worth every mile.

  They always take good care of our cats. We have used them many times, and feel good leaving our pets in their hands.

  Thank you for taking good care of my baby! Everyone’s very friendly! Our dog loves going there! He has a great time! He even let them give him a bath! He came home smelling wonderful!

  Some of the nicest caring people, wouldn't take our fur babies any other place.. You can see their excitement soon as we pull into the parking lot!. A+++
