  People are so nice! The service is great and our cashier, Ernest, was so nice and talkative to the point that it wasn't annoying, just lively. We had a chat about our respective pets lol. My dad even gave him a handshake.

  Every single time I buy super worms from here 90% of the time majority of them are shriveled up and dead just bought a 50ct and maybe got 5 live worms I don’t have this problem at the pet smart up the street and the pet smart actually gives discounts I hate to discredit them but I haven’t had a good experience despite trying time after time I only get my worms from here if I’m already at another shop in the plaza to save me an extra trip

  I had such a great experience with the petco groomers. I will probably spell her name wrong, forgive me, but Sharice was so patient and kind and compassionate to both me and my dog. For context, I recently (1 week ago) adopted my dog from a bad situation. This is my first time being a pet owner and I’m figuring out I don’t know what I’m doing. Back to the point— I came in unsure of how any of this works. Sharice, and everyone I interacted with, were very helpful, but also kind. Like they took pride in their work, and were happy to be there (which feels rare these days.) I learn during my dog’s visit that he has start to become aggressive. I expected to be scolded and made to feel bad for his behaviors but the opposite was true. They made me feel LESS embarrassed and ashamed for this. They were just genuinely kind and compassionate to both me and my dog and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Best part of the story, she still managed to do everything on the checklist, and my dog is smelling good, and probably feeling much better. THANK YOU!!!!

  Our dog didn’t get a bath when we got home, we gave her one and all kinds of filth came off of her. Her haircut was terrible!!! She missed her legs under her belly and sprayed her with leave in conditioner after she was told nothing perfume on her skin! She was itching so bad! This place is a joke a 100$ haircut for nothing done but wasn’t supposed to be done

  Well stovked with animal animal items which is what I was in the market for. Lots of fish items, small animal, bird, and of course dog and cat items. I think they offer more selection for small animals and reptiles than the other leading pet store.
