  Leaving this review specifically to say Ysabel is a wonderful employee who spent time asking questions about each persons pet as she checked them out. But as I’m writing this review I’m realizing that everyone that works at this location has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly best petco customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  They are ALWAYS out of hopper mice. Tried for last 4 months and they’re always out and claim back order but other pet stores seem to never have issues getting them. My business will go elsewhere.

  I love this pet place! I’ve never been in a store that had more than one isle for cats so my hopes were low. However, as soon as i walked in a kind employee showed me where the cat treats were. I walked to one side of the store and soon realized that basically half the store is cat stuff. They had so much cat stuff i was shocked. They even had pusheen cat stuff?! I definitely got a few toys and new treats to try out because i wanted to get my cats some new stuff. At the checkout, the cashier was very nice and he showed me his 2 cats, one a ginger-white one and the other a brown mix. So nice, we had a great conversation! Anyways, the cats went crazy for the treats and destroyed the pusheen cat toys I bought in one night (meaning they approve LOL) Will definitely be back!

  I absolutely love this Petco and genuinely cannot recommend them enough! Before I got my Doberman puppy, Magnus, I came in having never owned a puppy before and honestly had no idea where to start. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They walked me through everything I needed for a new puppy and even helped me get set up with his vaccination appointments. When I brought Magnus in for his vaccines, the vets and vet techs were just as amazing. Anytime Magnus has had an issue or I've had a question about his health or behavior, they've taken the time to listen, give me helpful information, and point me in the right direction. Every single time I visit, I leave with new advice or a better understanding of how I can improve his care. What stands out the most is how much the entire staff genuinely cares about animals. They absolutely love Magnus, and Magnus LOVES seeing them! You can tell these aren't just people working at a pet store. They truly care about the animals that come through the door and treat your pet like they would their own. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. As a first time puppy owner, having people I can trust and ask questions has made such a difference. Magnus and I absolutely love this Petco, and I genuinely don't see myself going to another pet store again. 10/10 experience every time! 🐾❤️
