She already has a complaint about grooming a dog, and she was the one that told me to get out the store when manager saw that she told me I didn’t have to get out the store and she told Kimberly to go back in the store to stop talking to customers like that and she got upset that her manager told her that I got my refund and they told me to not come back. This place is very disgusting. I won’t ever in my life. Take my dogs ever again sorry not everyone in this place is a bad person. Honestly, the manager outstanding person.

I went to the Brandon one and they did not have the one I was originally looking for but found the plastic one with the light. Tyler helped me looked and not only did he help me he looked online at what the cost was and it was 10 dollars cheaper. So he took the 10 dollars off. This is great customer service and highly recommend him if you need help finding anything 😊
