I have been bringing her here for them to apply the medication every 14 days because it is hard for me to do it myself. They are always so caring and want the best for my fur babies.

Banfield mandates a blanket list of multiple vaccines and frequent boosters before they will even treat your pet, ignoring standard practice and pet-specific risk factors. If you want a vet that evaluates your dog as an individual rather than forcing corporate wellness plan mandates, look elsewhere it’s not here. I encourage pet owners to look into independent clinics that accept titer tests or clean their spaces well enough, to ensure that they are not concerned after each pet visit. Banfield stop your lazy behavior. And if you can’t find me in your system, it’s because I refuse to do business with clinics like you all, but did waste my time driving up to you to be told this. Rigid, one-size-fits-all vaccine policies. Instead of evaluating my pet’s individual health history or lifestyle, Banfield insists on aggressive sales. Do better.

At 8:20 was taken to a room with my pet only to set there without anyone coming in to see us. While setting in the room I could here the staff in another room having a good time, joking with one another and the like. At 9:00 I went to the front desk to ask why the wait was so long and was told that they would check. Ten minutes later a nurse came in and started asking questions and took the pet to a back room. I went back to the lobby and waited 10 minutes when I was approached by the nurse telling me everything was ok. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told them that it may as well have been a drop-off appointment. The doctor than walked out and said they took a blood sample and that no call from them was to be considered good. Not at all a very good experience.
