- RJRaquel Jones3 days ago1.0I took my Pet there Thursday, June 11, 2026 to get vaccinated later that night my Pet started to have seizures. He is a Maltese six years old. I went to several emergency rooms even tried to contact Banfield back which I bought him back that Friday and they gave him some medication, but he began to have cluster seizures. on June 16, 2026. I had to put my dog down being that he wasn’t getting better. He was perfectly healthy when I took him in Thursday and I had no help. I left messages for the manager to call me back, which I had yet to hear from anyone. If you love your pet, please don’t take them there. Rest in peace Poncho.!!!!!!

We were told we were late for our appointment, which they claimed was at 8:45 AM—but I have a confirmation showing 9:00 AM. Instead of resolving the confusion, Cynthia at the front desk was dismissive and rude. Our appointment was also supposed to be in-room due to my dog recently having surgery, but without any notice, it was changed to a drop-off. My daughter was told she had to leave him, which was not what we agreed to. When I called for clarification, Cynthia was short, unhelpful, and at one point hung up while I was still speaking. The same attitude continued when I came to pick up my dog. Customer service matters—especially when it comes to trusting someone with your pet. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.
