Ashley, the technician, was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to all of my concerns. She took great care of my puppy and made sure I understood everything regarding his visit. JJ at the front desk was phenomenal as well. From the moment I walked in, JJ was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel comfortable. I love it here and highly recommend this Banfield location to anyone looking for compassionate and professional pet care! 🐾❤️

Dr Cadena is the best veterinarian I have ever met (besides my niece) she is caring, professional, attentive and would go out of her way for your babies. She cried by my side when we found out there was nothing else to do for my Bella and she was loosing her fight with cancer. Dr Cadena did everything in her power to help Bella, she spent a lot of time researching her condition and other ways to treat it. Unfortunately not everyone in that clinic is like Dr Cadena, the clinic supervisor is certainly not like her. If Dr Cadena ever leaves Banfield, I would definitely follow her.

I would recommend Dr Cadena to everyone because honestly she is the best, but to be honest the only reason I don’t stop going there is because of her. The clinic manager is horrible and has no compassion at all. I hope and pray that one day Dr Cadena leaves so I can follow her wherever she goes.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
