Hands down the best Banfield location!
The staff is phenomenal and the difference is that they truly & genuinely care about pets!
Dr. Figueroa, Dr Cadena, Angi, Carla, JJ, Camilla, Francesca, Arianna, Ashley & many others.. theres too many great staff to even name them all!
They all know me & my 2 pits by name and treat us like their own family, making sure my babies get the best care, love, cuddles & treats!
They know all their ins & outs, have been there every step of the way and cry with us, just as much as they laugh with us.
They work with us on everything imaginable & even stay after hours when needed!
I can't say enough great things about this location, thank you Banfield on the Causeway!

I had an 11 AM drop-off appointment for my Frenchie at Beinfield Pet Hospital, and the entire experience was a massive waste of time and money.
When I arrived to drop off my dog, I actually overheard the staff talking about how the vet hadn't seen a single drop-off appointment all morning because she was in a "very important meeting." The front desk told me it would be about 2 to 3 hours until I could pick my dog up, which I said was fine.
Fast forward to 4:00 PM. I had to be at work at 5:00, so I went to get my dog. The staff told me they diagnosed an ear infection, but the vet hadn't actually prescribed any antibiotics yet. They told me to just take my dog home, the vet would call me, and I could pick up the meds the following day.
Today came with absolutely no phone call from the vet. I called the office myself and sat on hold for 25 minutes. I eventually called from a completely different phone number while keeping my first call on hold—and they answered the second number immediately, acting like nobody was waiting in the queue to speak with them. After all of that, the vet STILL hasn't written or filled the prescription.
If a veterinarian has a meeting so important that she is incapable of doing her job all day, they should have a secondary vet on staff rather than wasting people's time. Now I am out $150 and just have a dog sitting at home with a confirmed ear infection and zero medication to treat it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience at Banfield Pet Hospital on Causeway. Ashley, the technician, was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to all of my concerns. She took great care of my puppy and made sure I understood everything regarding his visit.
JJ at the front desk was phenomenal as well. From the moment I walked in, JJ was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding customer service. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The staff truly goes above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel comfortable. I love it here and highly recommend this Banfield location to anyone looking for compassionate and professional pet care! 🐾❤️

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
