- DDDante Darkco2 days ago1.0Horrible service kept me waiting to start my check up for 2hrs no apologies just we were busy. Tried to drive the price of the visit up with all kinds of extras my animal didn't need. When I asked for my script I was going to fill it elsewhere the vet informed me she would only do so for another vet not allow me to get from chewy which was 25 dollars cheaper. So if I wanted it I'd have to go to another vet. Scam artist. They were partying in the back laughing up a storm while my animal was suffering. Do Not bring your fur baby here you'll walk away with a 3 grand bill after a 2jr wait.

All of them are so proffesional and amazing.

Dr. Figueroa, Dr Cadena, Angi, Carla, JJ, Camilla, Francesca, Arianna, Ashley & many others.. theres too many great staff to even name them all! They all know me & my 2 pits by name and treat us like their own family, making sure my babies get the best care, love, cuddles & treats! They know all their ins & outs, have been there every step of the way and cry with us, just as much as they laugh with us. They work with us on everything imaginable & even stay after hours when needed! I can't say enough great things about this location, thank you Banfield on the Causeway!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
