  If I could give no stars I would. The grooming shop doesn’t de- shed your animal right at all. I informed them of this I’m sure it was a manager and he was supposed to follow up with me… 3 weeks later crickets so just don’t go here for grooming.

  I had trouble finding someone to help me with a question about a dog treat I was looking for. When I did finally find someone to answer my question, she seemed really put out to check the system if your store carried the treat. I did buy a toy for my dog that I ended up throwing out after 5 minutes- Shih Tzu mind you, because he tore it open. $12 wasted money. The only good thing about your store was Judy and her trainer skills. She gave us a great beginning with our dog.

  This Location Does Not Care About Animals. They Sell Sick fish. I purchased two Blue Rams from this location. Within 24 hours they were showing clear signs of Ick. It then spread to the rest of my tank. When I went in with the dead fish they sold me, after I had already called and told them a day previously, they were still selling fish with ick. When I asked the employee why they are selling sick fish, she said that’s just how they are. The staff is uneducated, lazy, and lack compassion for health and wellbeing of animals. They treat both customers and animals alike. People who don’t know enough about fish to know when they are healthy or not should not be caring for or selling fish or any animals for that matter. Very sad that an animal supply doesn’t care for its animals. I will not shop this location again.

  I had a fantastic visit to my local Petco recently! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — they helped me quickly find the perfect treats, toys, and essentials for our pets. The selection was excellent, the store was clean and well-organized, and everything I needed was in stock at great prices. My pet absolutely loved the haul we brought home! I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend Petco to any pet parent looking for quality products and friendly service. Thanks for making it such a positive experience! 🐶🐱

  I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the managers at this location, Jackie. I visited the store to purchase crickets for one of my wife’s bearded dragons. After leaving the store, I did not immediately inspect the bag closely. However, as I was approaching my driveway, I noticed that all of the crickets were dead. I immediately returned to the store to address the issue. Upon my return, I showed the bag to the employee who had originally assisted me, and she took it to the back area. A few moments later, Jackie came out and informed me that the crickets had died because I had allegedly left them in a hot car. She repeatedly questioned my account of the situation and attempted to assign responsibility to me. My primary concern is that the entire process — from purchasing the crickets, driving home, and returning to the store — took less than 10 minutes. I did not make any stops, nor did I leave the crickets unattended in a hot vehicle at any point. I purchased them, drove directly home, noticed they were dead, and returned to the store immediately.
