  This place completely ruined our day. They are the worst. We had an appointment for a routine visit with our dog. Upon arrival they said we canceled the appointment online, which is not true. I immediately went online and made an appointment for 10:30 which was in fifteen minutes. They kick us out of the room we were already in, saying we had to make an appointment to reschedule another day. That was the worse experience. They are extremely rude, cruel, and mean. Absolutely not recommend it.

  1st time experience for updated vaccinations. Both front desk check in/checkout process was Pleasant & Professional Meeting the Vet Team--> very friendly made you feel comfortable & services performed in a very timely manner Very reasonably priced & 1st time visit coupons available online 😀 Thank you

  I came to banfield with my 5 month old puppy (3 days old to us) we had an ear cleaning done to clear up his ear infection and the vets did not seem to be very easy with my dog or attentive. The assistant used a slip leash that got tighten as she pulled and she even asked to pick him up i said yes but she did not, just continued to pull him towards procedure room. He was given back to me afterwards with a cherry eye popping out, i immediately went back in and when i asked the doctor(Dr. Mike) about it he only told me how to provent it and surgery or eye drops would help(I already know this) Did not mention how or why it happened, could be stressed but if so I would like to know why. I also was not handed my paperwork i had to ask before the lady walked away from the desk (procedures and vaccines that were done) I wouldnt even continue to wait in the waiting room due to so much hair on the ground that my puppy accumulated on his body We paid over $500 We are now dealing with excess eye gunk as well! Not very happy... Also spoke with banfield corporate and they said contact Bradenton Banfield which is crazy! P.S- Apparently this place does not have a manager so be aware...Not even a regional manager?

  If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I have written a negative post but yet they keep charging me and won't let me go out of my wellness plan. So I'm forced to take my dog here. I asked the young lady at the counter three times do not perform any tests on my dog until the vet calls me because they have a huge problem with the vet NOT calling to speak to owners for drop off visits, BUT they have no problem calling to let you know when to pick up your animal. The young lady proceeded to give me an attitude at the front desk when I told her three times, no. I even wrote on the consent Paperwork, I want the vet to call me before any procedures are done. This location is horrible. I have sent complaints to the email. I have spoken to the manager of the facility who says her hands are tied because of corporate and I have to follow through with this wellness contract for another few months. This place is ridiculous with this. Wellness contract, especially if they continue to treat animals the way they do. The behavior of some of the employees atrocious. You can tell that management has changed for the worst. I would advise others to stay away from this location

  They try to up sell you on everything and I think it's terrible they have their employees do that to customers.
