  If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t listen they interrupt you on the phone. All they want is your money. They are negligent towards your pet push for you to spend money with them and guilt trip you saying “they are trying to help”. As someone who works in healthcare the lack of communication and proactivity towards the end goal which is my puppy’s health is nowhere to be found. Banfield should be banned from vet care. I brought your company name up to my neighbor this morning and he even said very negative things! I just got off the phone furious not only because the front desk rudely hung up!! Yes hung up!! But because my puppy still has tape worm and it took days for me to prove to them she did. They don’t listen!!! Instead they pushed for an outside lab fecal sample test that came back negative ! After they told me this would help tell if she had them or not on top of other parasites. It was the obviously more of an expensive test. I can pay a million bucks for my dog, money is not a problem but because they pushed for a pointless test that didn’t even address the tape worms it put her treatment behind by almost a week!!! I told them my puppy is uncomfortable I need this taken care of asap that’s my priority when I talked to them Monday morning June 8th while handing them a fresh poopy sample. They didn’t listen. She got the shot later that week and she still has tape worm!!! I also never got any post op instructions other than come for another fecal test in 3 weeks. Didn’t tell me what I should be expecting in her poopy or how I know if the shot is working or not. I had to call once again this was at the beginning of this week June 16th and it took her till Friday today** to tell me that she needed ANOTHER SHOT and to pay for another visit and another medication. I ask why it didn’t work? The lady says sometimes some doggies come in really infected. LADY!!!! I wanted to address this almost 2 weeks ago!!!! If you don’t get their subscription plan they treat you like an inconvenience. The negligence and lack of proactivity and listening skills absolutely nowhere to be found once again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! Where I come from in healthcare (dental field) we stay late for our patients, we listen, understand, assimilate, go above and beyond coming up with a proactive approach to find a solution addressing our patients need. That’s what healthcare is about. People here are very incompetent and have a very crappy attitude. They are not passionate. They don’t care. That’s that. Don’t even bother answering to my review. Seriously. Ps* my puppy’s picture and the remnants of tape worm that crawl out of her booty and dry out. She’s so uncomfortable!! I still find them everyday before I wash her doggy bed literally Everyday ** with hot water. Yall should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I. couldn’t have a better experience. They get me and my dog in a room right away after checking in. They answer all questions and take the time with me and my dog. The best vet care I e ever had is at Banfield.
