I'm a recently separated veteran, and my dog is an ESA approved by my personal doctor for my PTSD. I take her care very seriously and have always followed every vet's instructions to the letter. She's never been fearful of people or providers before this visit. Dr. Catherine was condescending from the start and openly judgmental that I had followed instructions given by previous veterinarians for my dog's care. Her tone and demeanor visibly frightened my dog, who is normally comfortable in vet settings. I'm not sure if she's a permanent member of staff or was just filling in that day, but it was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've experienced with any provider. To make matters worse, the paperwork I received at the end of the visit directly contradicted what she had told me verbally about my dog's condition. I've never experienced a provider treat a patient, or their owner, with so little respect, or leave with less confidence in what I was actually told. I will not be returning, and I'd encourage other veterans and ESA owners to look elsewhere.

THEY LOST MY CAT! I WISH i could give zero stars! My cat passed away about a week ago. My mom called because this is where he normally went. They said bring him in they can do a communal or something where they send them away or cremation she said she wasnt sure what we wanted but she thought communal but she would verify with her children first. When she arrived she told them cremation and filled out forms and paid for the urn. the woman who took my cat then went to lunch and the woman from the phone call didn't bother to look at paperwork and sent my cat away! My mom called a week after she dropped off and they said oh it does take a while but rest assured he is being cremated and we'll call when he is ready to be picked up. 2 days later the store manager is calling telling us he is gone because of the incompetence of 3 employees! I will never get my cat back! DO NOT SEND YOUR ANIMALS HERE!

Very disappointing and concerning experience. We brought our dog in for a vaccine and specifically asked for his teeth to be checked. Instead, he was taken away from us, which was already stressful for him and uncomfortable for us as owners. A few minutes later, we were told the vaccine was done and that a blood test showed some inflammation, but the doctor, Tracy Scola, couldn’t even explain the cause. No real answers, no proper consultation. An assistant later told us to come back in three weeks and didn't have any information about the dental check we requested. When we reviewed the visit summary online, it showed only a vaccine and a blood test. His teeth were never examined. This is unacceptable. Our dog cannot tell us what happened, and after this experience, we simply cannot trust this clinic with his care.

I had the pleasure of having VT, Alex assist with my fur baby's blood work and pedicure! What an articulate young man and Foxie loved him! And as always having Dr Toker as her DR was fantastic!
