  They didn’t cut my little Yorkie’s hair properly. I explained and showed pictures but they still cut her incorrectly. To make things worse she has had diarrhea ever since I picked her up and hasn’t eaten in close to 2 days!!! I will never go back even for free!

  Eric and the Splash and Dash crew are top notch. My dog is a ball of energy, and their friendly professionalism keeps him at ease. He is happy to visit weekly and I feel at ease knowing he is getting top quality care while having a fun social visit out of the house. Thank you Splash and Dash!

  Rude and Lying. Been a loyal customer for almost a year. Brought dogs in last week for standard baths. Eric, the franchise owner, said he was short staff and would need the full two hours. I called two hours later and he said dogs were not ready. I asked how much longer and he started yelling and berating me. Told me they still needed to be dried. I said I needed to pick them up now and he continued to berate me. Then picked them up and they were completely dry. Today, I went to speak to him about last week, attempting to show him respect. He again berated me and let it slip that he hadn't even begun to bathe my dogs last week. I realized that's why they were dry. So he clearly lied. No courtesy call to tell me how far being he was. No offer to reschedule, He them told me he cancelled my membership last week and no refund would be coming. I was not previously informed of this cancellation. Additionally, Eric has ongoing difficulties understanding and navigating his corporate system and blames it on corporate. In addition to that happening with me several times, I witnessed it with another customer today. I recommend people stay away.

  I’ve had a great experience with Splash & Dash Grooming in Boca Raton. The service is consistently excellent, and their membership pricing makes it really easy to keep up with regular grooming. I bring my dog in once a week for a bath and blow dry, and the quality is always top-notch. Huge shoutout to Eric - he’s fantastic, super attentive, and clearly cares about the dogs he works with. If you’re looking for a reliable place with great service and fair pricing, I highly recommend them.
