  Splash and Dash is by far a 10/10!! They take great care of Auggie!! They are always very friendly and informative of everything they are doing along the way. We are glad we found this place and will be lifetime members!!!

  Eric explained how towel drying was keeping my basset hound smelling like one so I figured i would give them a shot and their process really worked now i can drop him off one a week with their unlimited baths program 🙂👍

  I had a very disappointing experience at Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique. The prices were far higher than I expected, especially considering the poor quality of service I received. I also left feeling misled about the pricing and what was promised. Instead of getting clear, honest communication, I felt like I was paying much more than the service was worth. The customer service was unprofessional, and when I raised my concerns, they were not handled appropriately. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business at all. I hope the franchise owner, Eric, works on improving pricing transparency, customer service, and treating customers with honesty and respect!!
