  Extremely disappointed. My dog was. Shaved extremely short even though I didn’t ask for her to be shaved and my dog came out holding her rear left leg up due to pain . She is still limping and can’t put her left rear leg down. Will never go back! And the female groomer did not speak any English!

  It’s the first time I have something negative to say about this service. I’ve been going to Petco for over 4 years to groom my dog. And today was the worst experience so far. They didn’t do what I ask, instead did whatever they wanted. And when I went to pick him up, they told me he was not welcome there again because my dog has “behavioral issues”. He is not an aggressive dog, and only reacts when someone pulls too hard (like anyone would), and he moves a lot while washing them. This was not my first time there, I’ve take my dog on different occasions over the last 2 years at this location, and I even have the Petco membership. They only refunded me for the tip, the manager was kind, and told me the groomers could try and fix it, but after not feeling welcomed and them not even trying to be friendly, I didn’t want to risk of him getting worse. The first picture was done at a Petco in Kissimmee, shoutout to her🥳👏🏼 she always does a good job with my baby

  Pennie looked great and smelled good. Her appointment was 1pm but due to only 2 groomers available in a Sunday she was there until almost 5 pm which is long for an anxious dog. Services should be paid when dropping off your pet not when picking up as I somehow had the wrong bill and paid it causing an upset with the groomer and involving the manager to correct the overpayment. I was informed that some people leave without paying.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with the grooming experience here. I booked online and paid $60 for grooming, then was told at drop-off that a longer coat style would cost extra — so I paid an additional $25 to avoid a short shave. I was clear about what I wanted. Four hours later, I picked up my pomapoo completely shaved down — exactly what I paid extra to prevent — and his face/head was left completely ungroomed. No one called me during the appointment to discuss options. Instead, they made decisions without my input and told me about it only after the fact. I was then informed my dog is "banned" from returning due to being hard to handle. I understand some dogs are reactive, but the professional response is to call the owner mid-appointment and let us decide how to proceed — not to shave him anyway and surprise us at pickup. After pushing back, they refunded the $25 upcharge, but the base service was not delivered as described, and the lack of communication throughout was unacceptable. A good groomer assesses coat condition at the start and discusses options before proceeding. That never happened here. I would not recommend Petco grooming to anyone, especially for dogs that may need extra patience or care.
