  I’ve been a client with 2 of my dogs, with my sweet Winston who is not with us anymore and he was always treated with kindness until his last days. Now Nina goes to Dr Roy , we love her. She very considerate, professional and conservative, she never recommends something she doesn’t need. We like her honesty. The staff is very kind as well. No complains here.

  The staff is very welcoming and warm, they are very attentive to the needs of your pet and they always follow up to make sure that your pet is doing well after any procedure or any medication. My doggo just got her teeth cleaned for the first time in her life and I'm so happy because her teeth look brand new and super white

  I thought it was very bad. I had to wait for the vet after my dog's exams, and she never arrived. I had to go out and ask the receptionist to please send me the results, but I didn't receive them either. They didn't even call to check if my dog was okay after his vaccinations. I felt there was a great lack of interest from the medical staff.

From the second you walk through the doors, you're greeted by the sweetest front desk staff who always make you and your fur baby feel so welcome. Every veterinarian and veterinary technician is not only incredibly knowledgeable and 🤓 professional, but they're also genuinely compassionate. They love on your babies, spoil them with attention, and treat them with the same care and affection you'd give them yourself. As a pet parent, that kind of genuine love and kindness means everything! 🤗 Their hours are fantastic, making it so easy to fit appointments into a busy schedule. And let's talk about their wellness plans—they are, without a doubt, one of the BEST investments you can make for your pet! They cover so many essential exams, tests, preventative treatments, and routine care that I couldn't find included in any pet insurance policy I researched.
