  We’ve had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Banfield Pet Hospital on St. Andrews Boulevard in Boca Raton, and I’m so grateful we found them. They take such great care of both of our dogs, Penelope and Henri, and every interaction has been professional, kind, and reassuring. I especially want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Dr. King. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what truly sets her apart is her exceptional bedside manner. During a particularly difficult time with one of my dogs, she was so compassionate, patient, and understanding, and her support meant more to me than I can express. She took the time to answer every question and made me feel that my pet was receiving the very best care. Again, the entire team is wonderful but I also want to call out to Gina the assistant manager and nurse there is absolutely fantastic. It’s not often you find a veterinary team that combines medical expertise with such genuine kindness, but Banfield does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares about both pets and their people.

  We’ve been taking our Maltipoo to Bainfield Boca Village for years. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring, and all the staff are helpful, friendly, and always willing to accommodate our needs with appointments and emergencies. We are very satisfied.

  We were loyal Banfield members for three years, paying ~$100/month for the Optimum Wellness Plan for our dog Rocky. When Rocky passed away on May 18, Banfield informed us we still owed ~$670 for the remaining months of preventive care services — vaccinations, wellness exams, and screenings that obviously can never happen because our dog is gone. Over three weeks we sent four emails and made multiple phone calls. Banfield reduced the balance from $670 to $334 to $250, proving they have full discretion to waive it. Instead of doing the right thing, they emailed us a copy of the contract and then stopped responding entirely. We paid over $3,600 over three years of membership and over $610 in the current plan year alone before Rocky passed. Banfield has been more than compensated. Pursuing a grieving family for money on services they know they'll never provide is wrong. We've filed complaints with the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, and the FTC. If you're a pet owner considering Banfield, know that this is how they treat families when their pet passes away.

  Everyone is always super nice and take the time to answer all questions and explain everything in detail. Appointments are easy to get and they really care about your pet.

  I had a wonderful experience taking Megan fir her anual checking. Everybody were very and professional and helped me with all my concerns regarding Megan health.
