Absolutely love Emeele in grooming she is always so sweet and kind. She is so good with our babies especially our blue wheeler Bandit who has a little anxiety. She loves in all 3 of our babies and when we pick them up they are so clean and fresh!!! Definitely recommend and love love that they buff the nails after cutting them.

I have never been treated worse by a store manager than how I was treated by Andrew. His store messed up and put one of my dogs in danger, his own manager on duty agreed they messed up and should’ve acted differently. I get home and guess what? A bunch of the services I paid for weren’t even done. I’m told I have to call Andrew, the store manager to get it resolved. Andrew did nothing to make the situation better. He wanted to argue semantics. He wanted to make assumptions about how my dogs were “running around the store” (literally stayed in the small waiting area the entire time idk what he’s talking about). He hung up on me and laughed at me for being upset. He said I “just should’ve walked both dogs across a busy shopping center at the same time” instead of daring to think one of his employees would hold a dog for me while I went to grab the other one. Instead, his employee made my dog wait in a hot car for several minutes while they slowly hand-typed in rabies information. Yes, they verbally recognized that he was vaccinated and that was the correct paperwork. No, they couldn’t ask a front desk person to hold a senior dog (not a rambunctious puppy!) for three minutes while I grabbed my other senior dog from the car until she had slowly typed in the **entire** document. The other store manager agreed that once the vaccination status was confirmed a customer service rep just should’ve been called to hold the leash while I grabbed the other pup. This is a BUSY shopping center with a LOT of cars and the parking is far from the door. Walking one dog in at a time is MUCH safer. But Andrew didn’t care. Andrew was getting off on making the situation worse and worse with every minute of a phone call he, unfortunately, knows his employer doesn’t record. I know, I asked because I was so appalled by the way he was treating a customer. He laughed and said they don’t. I asked for the regional manager’s work number or email. He laughed and repeated the corporate number as a joke. He REFUSED to be helpful and address the fact that his store forced me to leave a senior dog in a car in the heat for more than 5 minutes even after confirming my dog had the right vaccinations and paperwork. He claims it’s state law. It’s state law to verify a dog has vaccines before taking it in. It is NOT state law that AFTER CONFIRMING VACCINE STATUS MEETS STANDARDS, an employee can’t hold a dog in a waiting room while I go to grab my other dog. It is not state law that I have to let my other dog bake while his employee chicken pecks information into their portal one agonizing clip at a time. On top of that, NONE of the grooming was done well. Their nails weren’t buffed, which I paid for. They weren’t even cut short enough to be of any difference. They were still wet when we got them back. All around atrocious. I’ll never ever be back and I hope Andrew gets the karma coming to him for the way he treats people who are upset.
