  Staff was polite. I found a cute shirt about dogs that wasn't on my list but made it into the cart. Ha ha ha .

  I had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this location with the manager of the store that was on duty today on 6/15/2026. On June 2nd and June 3rd my 7 month old shihpoo was scheduled for a grooming session to get bathed and also a full cut. On June 3rd approximately 15 minutes after his grooming appointment, on our way home my oldest daughter noticed a tic on him!! I immediately took him to the vet to get it removed. My fiancé who was there with me during his drop off called and spoke with a female manager on duty that day and was hung up on after explaining to her that we found a tic on our puppy immediately after his appointment. He then filed a complaint with corporate and finally today on 6/15 he received a phone call from the manager on duty. Immediately the manager had an attitude and a condescending tone to his voice. He DID NOT APOLOGIZE for the issue that arose, after saying that we could receive the refund he then went on to defend the groomer for her not checking for tics when one of the employee’s & the policy clearly states that, that is apart of their procedure. The manager then went on to be rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL by over talking my fiancé when he tried to explain to him petco policy he read and what he was told and how there was no way she could have missed the tic on his head.. He hung up on my fiance, then called him back and when questioned why he hung up on a customer, the manager never answered the question.. I spoke with the manager after my fiance to see if I could come in to receive the refund and the manager on duty over talked me too and was still very rude! Not once did we yell at him or get belligerent with him. We just wanted this situation to be rectified and our concerns to be understood as paying customers. It took me 3 times to ask him if I could come in to receive the refund since I paid cash where he finally said yes.. I will file a complaint with corporate about this situation because this was very disheartening, disappointing, and uncalled for! This was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be bringing any of my dogs to this establishment again!

  The help was good even though they didn't have what I was looking for at the moment only because it was out of stock cuz everybody bought it the item was nightcrawlers but not a bad place for business overall
