  This petco location in middletown DE, is the best! A very friendly and kind manager walked me through what would be best for my fur-baby. She put so much time and care into giving me the best recommendations and even looked at the ingredients for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I treated my furbaby correctly, even when it was getting busy in the store. Thank you for your help and care, you made my day and gave me hope. Your care and attention for my fur-baby meant so much to me. I hope your pillow is always cold and you hit every green light on your way home.

  I like their clearance and the vet is nice. I ain’t here to talk about that tho. I was buying some stuff and lost track of how much it’d cost. I went to pay and it came up to around $90! I removed a $26 (that’s rounded up) and she said it came down to around $55 sum after fixing a mistake. I had credits and dropped the price again to 40. When I get back home tho am figuring out the prices then adding them up. It came out to $47 and would drop to $32 with credits instead based on og prices and clearance stickers. The recipe was not helping me, there was things on there I definitely didn’t even pick up? More charges then there was items. 11 different items I had but 14 different charges. This is my first time really ever actually looking at a receipt so maybe am crazy but I NEED that money bro. My first card declined and only had $0.02 on it. I had to use my birthday cash, and I just got it today bro!

  The striking difference to me with this store compared to the other local chain pet store in the area is the lack of light. It looks like over half of the bulbs need to be replaced in this store. It gives it a run down/dark feel to me. Please replace those bulbs!
