- EBErin BryanJun 12, 20261.0Five stars for grooming!!! The grooming salon employees were absolutely wonderful! Ashley was so patient and kind to our pups, both rescues. We booked them for an 8:10 AM time slot, because we have two rescues who are nervous about getting their nails done. Her energy was calming, and she was so gentle with them. We are so grateful to her for doing an amazing job with them! However, the GM (female, white, very short brown hair) was terribly rude and condescending to both to the grooming salon employees and to us. It’s embarrassing and uncomfortable to see someone act that way toward colleagues/employees, and it makes us rethink where we want to shop. She publicly took the employees to task and embarrassed them… What she clearly did not realize was that she was embarrassing herself in the process. When you’re in management, being kind, collaborative, and supportive is the most important part of your job, at least if you want to do it right and be successful. She was clearly on a power trip, and it was uncomfortable to witness.
