I brought my girl Lita in after she may have had a seizure or something sugar related seeing that she is diabetic, the staff and doctor was very caring and helpful. I highly recommend versus going to the emergency vet in Annapolis, a third of the price!

Dr. Levinson and staff were very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest in their exam and diagnosis with my Lucie. Together we put her down. Obviously traumatic, but their care on Sunday was wonderful. Thank you.

They saved my puppy’s life!!! My little Yorkipoo digested too much sand on vacation and they were able to help her pass the sand and come home with us in time!

Even tho my cat died yesterday due to not having the money. They did wonderful attempting to keep him alive and were fast to get him in the back. Even tho it was way overpriced they were honest and said he probably wouldn’t live. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star was only because of the price and they didn’t really inform us when we were trying to pay to sadly end the life of Garfield

If I could give a -1 star I would have. I’ll make my experience short. We went on a Monday evening , checked our 11 yo Shih Tzu in at 6:30pm. She had a huge ,massive lump under her ear . Ear was discharging very gross stuff. She was shivering. We were taken back to room 5 immediately. We stayed there until 7:30 when a tech came in took her rectal temperature. It was 105 ! The tech never cleaned the poopy thermometer she set it on the counter and left the room. ( it stayed there all night) after multiple trips to the front desk and being told we are next, at 10 pm the doctor came in. I had high hopes, NOPE ! She was there all of 3 minutes and we never saw her again! I demanded an antibiotic and pain medication. Which is what the doctor said she was going to get. All this time we are going to the desk complaining about the lack of treatment. Their excuses were “ you’re next, then an emergency came , not once but three times, funny I had the door open and nobody came in. At 11:15 I said if we don’t get service by 11:30 we are leaving. We have now been here for 5 hours ! The young girl at the front desk again try to feed me the BS that emergencies came in. I said I’m looking at the door. No one came in !!! 5 hours is way over the top, then they only want to talk about money. I said give me my antibiotic and a pain medicine for my dog so I can get out of this Ghetto clinic. At 11:30 they took Abby back supposedly gave her an injection for pain and a Dose of antibiotic we left at 11:30. They had Abby back there for all of three minutes while We went, to the front desk and paid the $500 bill. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and one last thing. The walls are so paper thin you can hear everything everybody’s saying and all they were doing in the back, we could hear them clear as a bell. The top discussion was which rooms Were able to get credit through their in-house financing I know room one was able to get $1000 credit and I know room three was able to get $1500 credit so you know their bills were $1000 and $1500. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!! UPDATE!!!! It is now Wednesday morning and I am here with Abby at Savannah animal Hospital. My Abbey was so misdiagnosed Dr. Weaver spent three minutes with her and said she had a bad ear infection and gave me an antibiotic and sent me on my way. Abby continued to decline the doctor here at Savannah took one look at her and said she doesn’t have it ear infection. She has an abscess on the side of her head. They swiftly took her right back and her lacing it and treating her I’ve only been here for 20 minutes and I’ve had Abby intake completed by a professional person. Three minutes later the doctor came and took Abby right back. Everything took place within a half hour. That’s top-notch service for you Savannah animal Hospital in Lewes, Delaware. Trust me folks do not go to Dover emergency vet you will be sorry not to speak of. I spent $500 there for nothing if you can go anywhere else but this place please go if you would like to speak to me about it and my experience look me up on Facebook message me I will be more than happy to talk to you before you go beware !!!!!
