  My pet, Omega and I had a wonderful experience ☺️ at Bond Vet located in Capitol Hill. Rashawn, Brook, & Dr. FINK were very pleasant personalities. All of my concerns regarding Omega were addressed with professionalism. Omega & I were happy customers. We are looking forward to next year's visit. I highly recommend anyone to Bond Vet in Capitol Hill.

  One could not create or actively design a worse experience than this vet. It is so clearly a money grab system that has been automated to reduce the expense of human capital while harassing customers either false needs - much like those dentists that say “you need $9,000 worth of dental work right now…” the first time you see them. Then try to get a script renewed through their fully BS automated AI chat system that says “I’m a human” but then disconnects you seven times in 2 hours as you seek life saving medication for your beloved dog. This business and all the businesses like it make me not want to live on this planet.

  My dog (Daisy) got injured and was in pain over a weekend when my regular vet wasn't open. Bond Vet Capitol Hill managed to fit us in very quickly the same morning that I called. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and I want to especially call out Dr. Thomas, Lauren, and Raina for doing such a great job treating Daisy and making an otherwise tough situation a lot better for both of us. Daisy has since recovered, and I would absolutely bring her back to this Vet.

  I had a very poor experience at this vet. Not only is it prohibitively expensive (quoting over 3k for a dental for my cat that she was able to get at a better vet's office for 1.7k), it is also filled with extremely inexperienced veterinarians who gave me false information about my pets health and tried to pressure me into additional unnecessary and unwanted procedures for extra money. I have veterinary experience and have worked in animal care for many years, but they didn't know that. If you are putting faith in a vet here to care for your animal and understand things you do not, you will be lied to here and you will pay through the nose for it.
