- JLJenette LawrenceAug 22, 20262.0I’ll be honest and say I was quite disappointed because I got the puppy special for the first time and although it says extra time is offered as well as ear cleaning and puppy bath, I asked to add facial trimming mildly and of course nail cutting went along with it. I was told that it would take an hour and a half approximately, but I was called within 30 minutes to get my five month pup. I get it that Zuri wasn’t feeling as comfortable getting it done but that’s what I thought the extra time and care was for. Her nails were still very sharp. She smelled decent on the body, but her head didn’t so I really didn’t know if the ear cleaning happened nor was I told if it did or didn’t ..the facial trimming did not happen because “Zuri wasn’t having it”, I was told so I really felt like I didn’t have the greatest first experience. Haley was very sweet. I still tipped her five dollars but I did walk away very disappointed. I scheduled another appointment for two weeks, but at the further thought I think I will take her somewhere else to ensure that she gets a proper job done.
