  I witnessed the receptionist demean a young lady in front of her teenage child. The young lady came in distraught, holding a small, bleeding dog in her arms asking for help. It's understandable that paperwork is needed, but seeing their approach I was fearing the young lady would sign without fully understanding what she signed. I even heard her saying that I'm not able to concentrate on what I'm signing. But they kept saying to treat your dog, it has to be signed. A little while later, I can over hear her conversation with her teenage daughter. Her dog had died and the bill was more than she could afford. She asked for a payment arrangement. She was saying you have all my information, I will pay but I don't have that amount in full. The way they handled this situation, and how they showed such disregard towards this young lady's loss was absolutely despicable. She tried to do the right thing and was willing to pay but needed time. I would never recommend this place. If it was possible, I would give it 0 stars.

  Took my daughters service cat here to find out what was wrong with him. It took from 11 am to 1am to get any treatment from them. Had to pay before anything was done. We took the cat home and went back at 3am on Saturday when he passed away. I believe that if someone releave the blockage he would be alive now. I wouldn't take any animal there in the future.

  I had the absolute best experience here with my rescue dog. I've had to go to emergency rooms before with pets, but the compassion and knowledge the staff had was nothing I have ever experienced. I am forever grateful I ended up here, the help my little baby received saved her life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart to all the amazing people that work here. I highly recommend New England Veterinary Center.

  I'll set aside the frustrations between myself and 3 other people sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour and a half with no update on our pets from anyone. I'll set aside the rudeness of the woman at the front desk. Ill put aside the hours waiting having no idea what was happening. Beacuse nothing was as import as the abuse my cat had suffered in their care. When I got in the car there was an overwhelming odor of urine and poop. My cat was facing away from me, her head tucked into the corner, her body in a ball. She didnt move or make a sound the whole way home. I tried to piece together what possibly could have happened to be causing her body and carrier blanket to smell so dramatically. . Couldn't they have had the decency to let me know what had happened? On top of that, after they drew blood, someone had wrapped her leg so tight with a self sticking gause that she had a limp when she first got home. From that point, things got much worse. She hid under the bed until the next morning. She did come out and she couldn't put weight on her back leg. Her leg kept collapsing. I noticed the leg and paw were swollen, twice it's size from the gause wrap down!!! As I unbound it as gently as i could, she was yowling. I had to hold her down to unwind it. She leaked some urine leaked on my arm from upset. I was able to keep her quiet for the next 24 hours as the swelling came down. Spare me the AI reply to this. Although it would fit with how robotic and unfeeling the workers are there. I will NEVER go back there again !!!!!
