The staff was amazing. Very kind, thoughtful and compassionate while we had to make a very tough decision. We would definitely recommend them, especially for emergency care
- CRCassie ReedJun 30, 20265.0Absolutely amazing hospital. We had to bring my dog here after 3 visits to another hospital that was just awful. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my dog but within 10 minutes this place knew exactly what the problem was. The doctors are very kind and take their time explaining all your options from euthanasia to extreme measures like sending your dog out to Tuffs. We did have to put our dog down here and they were so gentle with us and her throughout the process. I wish that we had started here.

The staff and vet at this facility were more than accommodating for us in a very difficult time and showed the utmost empathy. My fiancé and I were extremely distressed but were able to feel heard and respected. I hope no one ever needs to take their pet for emergency care, but you are in good care here in Windsor ❤️ I’ve also added a picture of our beautiful girl
- KRKaren RuberaJun 18, 20261.0My cat had an emergency on 6-17-26 and they said there was a 6-8 hour wait. They should not list they offer emergency services. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET THERE! Many people have had bad experiences at that place. Thank God the emergency vet hospital on north Main Street in west Hartford was able to see him within the hour. They are wonderful there.

We were extremely pleased with the care our Boxer Leo received after eating a gift basket that included milk chocolate, cookies, crackers, and wine. Now we just need to find him a canine AA! Would highly recommend
