  They wouldn’t price match anything. Per manager they stopped 2 months ago.. Shop at Petsmart they still price match.

  Petco groomer was not present to provide any service to our scheduled appointment. A cancelation notification would of been appreciated.

  For the grooming department: I called Petco grooming to schedule a bath for my pet and spoke with a groomer named Courtney/Kourtney. They actually had availability, but I ended up turning the appointment down because of how rude and disrespectful she was over the phone. Right from the beginning, she had an attitude simply because she couldn’t hear me the first time I spoke. Instead of politely asking me to repeat myself, her tone was immediately unpleasant and made me feel like I was bothering her just by calling to schedule a service. She completely lost a customer over something that could have been a simple and professional interaction. If someone speaks to pet parents that way over the phone, it honestly makes me uncomfortable trusting them with my pet. I decided I would rather take my business somewhere else where both customers and their pets are treated with kindness and respect.

  So I brought my dog yesterday to get a bath and his nails cut and I went back to pick him up and they didn't do his nails she said he wouldn't let them they charged me $56 for a dog with zero hair for a bath someone should have called and asked me if they wanted me to move further with all of this because the sole purpose of me going there was to get his nails cut so now I will never bring my dog here again and I have two more that I was going to bring and that's not happening either
