    Extremely pleased I think everyone there, especially technician and Doctor were extremely helpful, informative, and very gentle with my cat. I can’t say enough about my experience. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

    We've been seeing Dr. Resa since the adoption of our two senior cats in June of 2020. We are beyond grateful to her wonderful care, compassion, and undivided attention. She has so many patients; yet, she treats you like you're her only one! Her attention to detail and prompt response to emails go above and beyond what we could ever ask for. The front end staff is always kind and friendly when the greet us. Ashley always greets us with smiles and hugs, and loves giving or pets her attention. When one of our cats was having a medical issue, we called as we were on our way. They took her in with no question or hesitation and gave her the prompt care that she needed. We thank you all!

    I am extremely unhappy. Actually super mad. Upon my initial visit the technitions weren't able to draw blood from my dog Charlie. Said he needed to take a medication to calm him down which cost me money. Then at next visit which I had to leave work early to give him those meds before the visit the technition again said they couldn't draw blood. I had to physically hold him down which I could have done the first time without the cost of the calming medicine. After the blood was drawn I proceeded to pay for my service which I was then told by the man behind the counter that I agreed to buy into a bundle which included a urinalysis and a fecal test. I even asked him how they wanted the fecal handled/delivered and he replied that a zip lock bag would work. That i had 30 days bring both samples to get tested. He gave me the price for the apparent bundle which I agreed and paid. 2 days later I returned with both samples and the same man said the fecal test was not included that I need to pay more. At this time I got very irate because I just paid for medicine I didn't have to pay for and now they want more money for the fecal test. I was told that the bundle included services which I agreed. This facility to me likes to scam customers. I am requesting a full refund of both the bundle and cost of meds to calm my dog. And will no longer be doing business with the outfit.

    I just had one of the most heartbreaking experiences here. Our dog needs urgent care, and when we were presented with a $1,500 diagnostic bill, I expressed that it was a lot. I also understand that if surgery is needed, it could cost an estimated additional $8,000. I agreed to proceed with the most important diagnostic test to determine whether further care would be necessary. We left our dog there for testing and were then asked for a deposit. I don’t recall ever having to pay anything upfront here before an appointment was completed, so I’m not sure if this was because I expressed concern about the cost (or for another reason) but it was upsetting. In addition a DNR form was also asked to be signed. At a time when our dog’s life may be at risk, the focus on a deposit felt incredibly disheartening. The doctor (I will add her name later) also came across as cold. Right now, our dog is still there, and we are completely broken. I trust that God is in control and that His will be done, but I truly pray no one else has to feel the way I do in this moment. Attached is their estimate for DIAGNOSTIC tests only! It also says No deposit but they definitely required one from ME Addendum 5/7/26 After posting this review, I received a call from the clinic asking me about my experience. During that conversation, the person I spoke with verified that I should not have been asked for a deposit. That confirmation only reinforced my feeling that I was unfairly judged based on expressing concern about the cost. The doctor’s name was Dr. McLellan. The woman who called me was kind initially, but she then asked whether I would consider modifying or deleting my review, which I did not feel was appropriate. This review reflects my real experience, and unfortunately, it was a horrible one. I felt discriminated against, and the doctor showed very little compassion during one of the most emotional moments for our family. To make matters worse, I ultimately had my dog’s surgery completed elsewhere for nearly a fifth of the price I was quoted here, which leads me to believe their pricing is extremely inflated. They quoted me a surgery price of $9,700 (high end) and I paid $1800 for his surgery. I’ll never return here! I pray no one else experiences what I did.

    I highly recommend this vet practice for their wonderful, top notch guinea pig care. Jill was very sick and they were able to see us quickly, within the hour. The care that was provided to her that day was wonderful. The staff was so kind and understanding, and sent us home with everything I needed. Despite our best efforts, Jill's health declined overnight. They saw her immediately the next morning and triaged her. Unfortunately, Jill was too sick and the best course of action was to let her go to sleep forever. The staff I interacted with over the past two days are absolutely wonderful people. They're such gentle and empathetic souls, and were very reassuring to me in such a dark time for both Jill and I. I would like to thank Dr. O'Neill and the very nice vet tech for trying to save her the first time I came in. When we went over the care plan, I knew Jill was in good hands. I also would like to thank Dr. Sands for helping her across the rainbow bridge, truly. Taking time out of your day, which I'm sure was quite busy, to see us IMMEDIATELY and make Jill super comfy, and keep me semi calm is a rare and wonderful gift...you're an amazing human. Thank you. That level of service is absolutely unmatched. It is clear that this place operates with kindness and empathy. I would also like to thank the vet tech, a young lady with curly brown hair and glasses, who gave me a hug and helped me with Jill back to my car. You are an angel on earth. This vet clinic also had quite reasonable pricing. I was so pleased with the care she received here. Excellent, excellent practice for little piggins. Literally 10/10. I will definitely be back (hopefully under better circumstances).
