  We came to this location the receptionist name Skyler was so pleasant to my family and caring towards my puppy Loki Bear they did not try to over charge at this location I felt the prices was reasonable and most of all the place was clean one of the top things that I look for in vets is how clean they are and second the personality in the staff cause my fur baby is a part of our family and I want to know he’s in very good care and hands when he’s not in mines and so far this clinic has not let my family down with the care and patience they show every time I come in and it’s been almost 2 yrs coming to this location and they have stayed consistent every time .

  Quiero contar mi historia porque no quiero que nadie pase por lo que mi mascota está pasando por culpa de esos incompetentes veterinarios que hay en ese lugar. Yo llevé a mi perrita de 12 anos allí para hacerle un limpieza dental , previamente ellos mandaron hacer un electrocardiograma que costó 700 $ y ella salió con un soplo en el corazón pero supuestamente ellos decían que no era nada , que ella estará bien y yo le preguntaba que si era seguro meterla en anestesia y decían que si que ella era joven . Luego el sábado 9 de mayo 2026 ella tuvo el procedimiento , limpieza y le sacaron varios dientes dañado y en total la cuenta hizo 1,800 ese día , des de ese día mi mascota estaba muy delicada de salud cuando yo regrese este sábado 16 de mayo ellos me decían que podía ser los medicamentos, ella se ahogaba respiraba forzadamente y cuando ellos le hicieron otro electrocardiograma sale el médico hablar conmigo y me dice que ella tiene un grande problema cardiovascular y que era una emergencia que tenía que llevarla a emergencias que ellos no saben lo que pasó que supuestamente el cardiólogo dijo que era seguro. Pero que ella se podía morir y ellos no tenían los aparatos necesarios para ese caso , la llevé a la emergencia y me dicen que ella va a morir por que tiene líquido en los pulmones y el corazón está grande que yo necesito dejarla ingresada por varios día a ver si ella se salva y el costo sería 7,000 . Solo quiero que las personas tengan mucho cuidado con llevar a sus mascotas a este lugar ellos no se hacen responsables del daño y mienten y se lavan las manos. Mi perrita está grave esperando el día de su muerte y yo tengo el corazón destrozado 💔

  Genuinely, I don’t know where to start. If you love your pet and want the best health for them, NEVER GO TO THIS BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL. Yes, their active care plans LOOK VERY promising and budget friendly but they will try to charge you with anything they can. Customer service here is absolutely horrendous. The rudeness and attitude from the front desk every time you call for something is unreal, if you have an issue they will instantly blame you and give you attitude. SOME VETS are actually very nice and look they really care, others seem eh 😐. Waiting a long time inside a waiting room and longer time when they take your pet, only to hear their cries and the laughing, and gossiping around the staff behind those doors that you can SEE THE SHADOWS how they move and the laughing behind those doors hearing animals meowing loud or dogs barking. While, waiting over 20 minutes just for them to back on “oops we ordered the wrong test but it won’t take long” another 20 minutes go by. Doing procedures even though you requested not to do them, or giving your pet a traumatizing experience visibly shaken, just for them to ignore it or never take accountability. I genuinely was excited to become a banfield customer but my first month bringing my pet here has been horrendous and how their active care plan works is cheaper for me to pay the full 12 months contract even though I’m planning to no longer take my pet here then canceling it cause it will be more expensive. This is ridiculous. Awful service and rude front desk staff. Please stay away, I genuinely started crying seeing how my pet’s behavior had changed since coming here.
