  Emily the pet stylist has been taking care of Scout, my family’s senior Yorkie for quite some time. He always returns to us looking refreshed, neat and well groomed. She is very knowledgeable, has great communication, always pays attention to detail, has a relaxed and friendly attitude towards her furry clients. I appreciate the reassurance that I feel when I drop scout off with Emily. Note: please stay on top of your rabies vaccination or else you will be turned away.

  Came in for some food for my pet website it's posted at 12$ something. In store it's 20$ the total amount was 21 and change. Give her 25 she give me 25cent back and give me a attitude because I told her about my change. Definitely no coming back here for anything anymore. Plus she looks to be under some narcotics. Not recommended this store. I don't care about the 3 dollar of change it's the way she was acting up

  My dog just had her nails trimmed, but the service was well done. Andrea was very kind with her. And we didn't have to wait at all. I am very pleased with the experience and will come back again.

  Our family Yorkie Captain Jack had a great experience with groomer Emily. Took him in April 11, 2026. She was patient and asked a lot of questions with how much hair we wanted to take off, and let me know she would tend to his hair carefully as it was full of knots. She was very educated with Yorkie hair, and not making him too short. She was very understanding to his health needs, and that he is a senior and has alot of anxiety. From the start, she was gentle, and cared a lot about our little man. She was very gentle with him, as he was very matted and knotty. Even during the grooming, she let us know she didn’t push him when he was sensitive during some of the grooming tasks. Post grooming too, she was super sweet, gentle, and good to our boy. And he left looking handsome, and relaxed and happy! Happy pup, and Happy dog mom!

  As always, Andrea did an incredible job grooming my senior dog. Unfortunately, when I dropped my dog off and picked him up there was an extremely unprofessional manager loudly scolding the grooming staff. I found it off putting to walk into that circumstance once, let alone twice. Jo wonder they have "help wanted" signs up. I wouldn't want to work somewhere with a manager that shows such little respect for me or my customers.
