  Manager with beard very rude says I am stealing, even though I already paid for my items kicked me out of the store because I was stealing even after I showed him the receipt of all the stuff I bought because I pulled a Celsius out of my bag even with a receipt even with my dad, he would not let me buy a fish because he did not believe we were related horrible customer service do not come to this Petco go to PetSmart down the road much better than this place I am looking at the reviews of this place and there’s many complaints of the manager and now I can see why

  Went for a standard grooming appointment. Worst grooming ever. I specifically asked for extra to be cut around my boys head and legs/paws but there is at least an inch left around his legs. I don't leave bad reviews but I hope this helps somebody because unfortunately I won't be returning. Also, on top of this they charged me extra (without calling or letting me know prior) for special conditioner (which I didn't ask for) and different trimmer use (around his legs...) Common courtesy to call an owner for their permission or at the minimum tell us you'll be using a new product. I didn't ask for this nor did I want it.

  So annoyed! I waited until Sunday to get my cat supplies because of the emails I got promising a free bag with samples if I spent $50. The email said come in on Saturday or Sunday from 2 to 4. I got there at 2:15. I spent over $60. And the clerk said there were no free samples. After I asked, he did give me a bag. I felt cheated.

  Always friendly staff here. We have had dog training and had a good experience. They were very knowledgeable when helping find products.
