- DCDebora CavAug 20, 20265.0Banfield Norwalk has been so important for me as a first time dog mom .The Dr’s & Vet techs are so friendly. Every appt the staff is so happy to see my babies. The communication from staff to owner has been top tier. It is very easy for me to understand & follow the treatment they are providing along with the aftercare. Adrianna (receptionist) is one of my favorite parts of every visit. She is so helpful & attentive when we arrive. When we are ready to leave, the efficiency in providing a detailed breakdown of our visit along with the information for payment is very professional. The 45 minute drive is worth it !

Adrianna is wonderful at the reception desk, remembers your pets names and keeps that waiting room calmly in order. She made my family and I feel so comfortable as well as my little Frenchie Reese and we just love her her energy, her advice and just overall the first point of contact she is a rockstar!! Kecia is a Kecia is an awesome VA as well and we love her very much!! VA Erica we really love her as well. She loves my Reese as if she's her own and the attention that she gives us and the advice because she's a Frenchie owner as well has been greatly appreciate it. Dr. Ortiz took very good care of my Reese and we thank you for all that you've done and that you will continue to do for us overall I love this hospital and I don't mind commuting from Stamford to go see My Girls💕.
- JCJoao Guilherme CavassanJul 17, 20261.0it’s easier to call NASA and them answering than calling this place and wait for them to answer, when they answer they ask to hold a LITTLE, after that they will not come back, i was holding for 35 minutes, i ended the call and called again and this time before she put me in a hold i told her it was a quick question, she said she needed a computer to answer my question and she put me in a hold again, 20 minutes hold again. HORRIBLE. I called again said it was emergency and they put me in a hold again. TERRIBLE place

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
