  I am writing to share how impressed I was with the cleanliness of your store during my recent visit. The fish aquariums were beautifully maintained, and it was wonderful to see that all the pets are so well taken care of. Thank you for maintaining such high standards.

  Unfortunately my experience here was less than what I would have hoped for. I purchased an item that turned out to be too small for my dog. I returned the purchase the same day. I paid for it with my wallet. I asked if the return could be put back on my wallet, the cashier said yes. I was told it could take a few hours to 5 days to show up on my wallet. . I came back 6 days later to tell them it had not been returned. The manager told me it will take 14 days to show up. Unfortunately I became very sick was unable to return to the store because the money had not been returned. I was able to return a month after the purchase to let them know the money has still not been returned.. Now I was told by the manager the money was returned to a visa account. I have no credit cards and I had not used my atm card. So where did the money go??? I was asked to call my bank at the store and ask if the money had been return even though my atm. Card had not been used so my number was not in there system. I was asked to leave my name and number so "the boss" could call me me. Its now been a week and NO CALL, NO MONEY RETURNED.

  The management needs to change the tanks that the rodents are kept in, they're way too small and need more bedding. The gerbils are chewing on the metal wheels and digging at the walls of their tanks because they don't have deep enough bedding and stuff to chew on. Gerbils don't even run on wheels (having owned 10+ gerbils). I don't blame the people who work there because they can't control it but something needs to be done because those conditions are not acceptable.
