  I had bought some dog food for my German Shepherd seven years old, she developed a stomach problem couldn’t he the regular food. What within the time to return it and swap it for the sensitive stomach food. I returned back to Petco to only find an argument in a fight in reference to exchanging. Although I sat in line and counted 40 customers passing and an hour for them to search. I finally took the food back and returned to sensitive stomach food to the counter and walked out. I requested a manager and never afforded the opportunity. Don’t go here. Service is horrible, and the knowledge is even worse. you would think after touching my phone number and seeing the pages and pages and pages are receipts from you buying from them. It would be some type of courtesy but no.

  Friendly service and good selection I products. I use their grooming services and my pup loves them.

  Its a good place , but hard to make decisions when it came down to flea medicine, so I had to buy pet armor cap action tablets, a pet armor flea and tick collar incase my dog wont swallow the tablets and pet armor home spray incase they are around the house . In the past I bought the drops that get put down the dogs back ,but last year I purchased 2 different kinds and they did not help getting rid of the fleas last year so im trying something new,expensive but new.

  People use Petco frequently with success I have had anything but Took almost a month from my order to get here when I call customer service a few days after placing my order after they said online, it would come with them 48 hours. They said everything was in stock and still it came almost a month later I will never use the service again.

  So Laila at the cashier would not accept my item that needed to be returned due to the fact, I do not have a receipt, but I did have the card that I purchased the item with within that 30 day timeframe I asked to speak to a manager, the manager said he was busy on a walkie-talkie and another associate named Bryan came over and told me the same exact thing that Laila said this was very unprofessional. I’ve worked customer service for years. I ended up calling another Petco and spoke to the manager there and they told me Milford should’ve been able to do the refund for me to go to the Petco that I called and are going to help me as they should do so with They customize I will never return to this Petco ever again they lost a customer
