I had such a pleasant experience when boarding my cat at bark Avenue. I was hesitant as cats can be very sensitive to change however with the staffs reassurance and a tour of where my baby would be staying I felt relief before taking my business trip.

Do you offer second-dog discounts?
No, we do not offer discounts for any additional dogs from the same family, as we are a resort-style facility, providing all-day supervision and structured play to each and every individual dog, rather than isolating siblings from the group. Every dog will be able to enjoy the same experience while under our care.
Do the dogs really sleep through the night?
At night, Bark Avenue transforms into a peaceful oasis designed for rest and relaxation. We have soft beds and ambient music playing throughout the building. Some dogs may not want playtime to be over when the lights go out, so these dogs will be placed in kennels overnight for their safety.
Can I bring raw/refrigerated food?
You may bring any type of refrigerated or frozen food for your pets stay. We have refrigerators and freezers for storage.
Can I pack treats for my pet's stay?
If your dog is boarding, you may include treats in your pet's individually packaged meals. Treats that are not included in the bagged meals will not be given.
Are personal items allowed in the play pens?
For everyone's safety, NO personal items such as toys or bedding are allowed into the facility.
