Brought my cat there that wasn’t seeing they charged me 250.00 to tell me to bring her to another emergency vet that specializes in eyes. So I call the other vet and they asked me what was her blood pressure I replied they didn’t take it, so then they asked what was her eye pressure I replied they didn’t take that either. So the specialist asked me what did they charge you I replied 250.00 and they replied so they actually charged you for absolutely nothing! I replied seems that way. They replied I would find A new vet! So I did. Half of the time the vet doesn’t even look at your pet the vet techs do it that’s way you can’t go in the room with your pet. I would never use or recommend anyone to this place!

We brought my bunny in because he was not acting himself, nor was he eating or drinking. He was repeatedly using the bathroom on himself, even though he was trained to use the litter box. We brought him in for an evaluation and we were told he was having GI issues that were self resolved and he was fine. Milos weight was not taken, he was not given a x-ray or anything of the sort. The price for the doctor to tell us that he was fine was outrageous. Over 200 dollars for something that could’ve been said over the phone. Milo’s condition worsened as the 3 days pass. Milo lost a significant amount of weight and was weakening rapidly. We made another appointment for something new that came up, this being an abscess on his chin. We go in to pick up his antibiotics on the 4th day and the ladies at the front desk were completely emotionless. We decided to go to another veterinary clinic because this one was unsatisfactory. As we are on the way to the new vet, Milo began to seize and pass away. Had Milo received a throughout evaluation, perhaps this could have been avoided and caught earlier on. Along side this, the staff in the front can be a tad kinder. Please beware that you will not receive the best and most thoughtful care here. I, alongside my family are very disappointed.

I am visiting from out of state, and my dog's umbilical hernia got worse. I asked if there was surgical availability this week, and was told we'd have to see the vet. The vet immediately knew there was no way to schedule for surgery for two weeks, no matter what the issue, and was appalled that they hadn't just told me up front that their surgeons were booked for weeks.
They still charged me for wasting my time.
Go absolutely anywhere else - all the other vets in the area were honest about their scheduling up front.
