The people working here are always really friendly and helpful. I've been coming here more often for parakeet supplies. I've had to return a couple things and they're always really nice about it.

Got a bed set and a couch set. Shortly after arriving about a week I started getting itchy bumps.. requested them to come pick it up.. they did no issues. Ever since it was picked up no more itchy bumps

The staff in the store are genuinely so helpful. I was in the market for fish, and this was like the first time I ever adopted any fish, and the staff was so helpful and recommending products and telling me which fish would be perfect for my tank that I have they were just genuinely so educated, and you can tell that they actually cared for the animals. I have been multiple days and every single time the staff was immaculate and they were just so amazing.

I went in twice to buy birds a week apart. Everyone was helpful and nice. We got our first bird and it got lonely so we went and got another one. Very pleasant experience both times. The reason I took one star away is because I think they tell you whatever they think you want to hear when it comes to the gender of the birds. After doing my research, I understand it can be difficult to gender parakeets. But they both times told me I was buying female birds. I believe now that I have a male and a female and I am seriously hoping I dont end up with baby birds!
