  Friendly staff & great facility. Rocky had a blast playing in the pool with his new friends and is definitely looking forward to going back! He loved the staff and gave all the girls lots of kisses! The only downfall is he didn't want to go home! He even gave me the side eye when I picked him up!!

  I was really hoping to make this my sweet boy’s new daycare since it’s much closer to home, but unfortunately my first experience was disappointing. Before booking, I was told over the phone that the daycare evaluation would be complimentary. When I arrived, I was charged $53, which was unexpected and wasn’t explained beforehand. While I understand policies can change or there may have been a misunderstanding, better communication would have been appreciated. As a first-time client, I also expected a brief overview of how the day would go or what to expect, but there wasn’t much communication at drop-off or pickup. When I picked up my dog, he was soaking wet, wasn’t wearing his collar, and the staff had forgotten to put it back on. I ended up putting it on myself and got soaked in the process. I also wasn’t given any updates about how his evaluation went, how he interacted with the other dogs, or how his day was overall. It even seemed like the staff didn’t realize he was a new dog during checkout. It looked nice and clean but I legitimately have no idea what my dog did or what happened within those 4 hours. I’ve taken my dog to another daycare for quite some time, and the difference in customer experience was noticeable. They provide updates and photos throughout the day, tell me how he did at pickup, and genuinely make me feel like they know and care about my dog. I was hoping for a similar experience here but, unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I don’t doubt that the staff cares for the dogs, but from a customer service and communication standpoint, there is definitely room for improvement. I truly wanted this location to work because of its convenience, but based on my experience, I’ll be continuing with our regular daycare.

  The people there were so friendly. Jo left there looking and smelling nice. The reception room was spotless with room to move.

  I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Wiggles! They did an amazing job on my dog’s haircut—she looks absolutely adorable, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend Wiggles to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about your pet. We’ll definitely be back!

  My dog absolutely loves going to Wiggles. We have done doggie daycare, overnight stays, dog training, and grooming with them and have never had a complaint about any of their services. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and treat my dog and our family as if we are family. Thank you Wiggles!
