  Our dog Beau has been going to Wiggles in Middlebury for about a year, day care and boarding, the staff is very friendly and check in and out is an easy process. Beau enjoys his visits and is always taken good care of by the team.

  My 5 month old puppy had a wonderful experience at Wiggles puppy socialization classes. They offer 3 sessions that are complimentary and I was very happy to have a place where my pup could get supervised socialization with other dogs. As a result of getting to know my pup, I was also given valuable feedback on training needs that he has. The facility is very clean and welcoming! Thank you, Wiggles! :)

  I called Wiggles this morning looking for a price to have my doodle groomed because I was hoping to find a groomer closer to home. Unfortunately, the phone call alone was enough for me to decide not to book. The person I spoke with talked so quickly that I had a hard time understanding her, and it was very obvious that she was reading from a script throughout the conversation. The entire interaction felt extremely impersonal and mechanical. When I’m trusting someone with my dog, I want to feel like I’m actually speaking with a person who is listening to me and answering my questions—not someone rushing through a script. On top of that, I was quoted about $60 more than what my current groomer charges. My current groomer is about 35 minutes away, and after this experience, I will happily continue making that drive. I was genuinely hoping to find a good local groomer closer to home, but unfortunately this first impression did not give me the confidence to bring my dog here. Customer service starts with the very first phone call.

  I boarded my dog here for the first time as we’re new to the area. This place was amazing and immaculate. All the ladies I met who worked there were so nice and patient with me and my pup loved it so much! They took wonderful care of him. My only personal complaint is the no pickups on Sundays. Makes it difficult and inconvenient to plan boarding for a weekend trip. Most people come home Sunday’s and have to work Monday’s. Why would there be no pickups allowed and the business closed?
