  The staff is exceptional. They are kind, and go out of their way to listen and address any concerns. Our dog is very nervous, but the staff understood, and was very patient with her. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Wiggles Pet Resort. Thank you.

  Staff was super friendly. The facility was clean. I do wish a short video clip or picture was shared with us of our baby’s first day to show he had a good time. It would be much more reassuring than just hearing he did well from the staff.

  A little less than a year ago, a family friend rescued two puppies. I adopted one and working Monday-Friday I felt that he needed to play and socialize with other dogs. He absolutely loves Wiggles Middlebury, in fact he sits by the door each morning ensuring that he won’t be left when I am leaving for the day. I am so happy with the care and compassion that all of the staff at Wiggles provide. I know that my “furbaby” Sawyer is in great hands and that he is enjoying his days playing with all of the other pups. Recently, I started taking my slightly anxious older “furbaby” Sadie, a rescue from a Korean Dog Meat Farm and she loves it. I love that her tail wags and wags when we leave to go to Wiggles. For a dog who was “afraid” of life she is now living the best life because of Wiggles.

  I boarded my dog at wiggles for 8 days and I cannot explain the relief I have when he stays there. I got daily updates and photos on his health, behavior, eating habits etc., they talked with me before hand and wanted to know all about Bodhi and his eating habits and supplements, and when I picked him up I was told not only that my boy did amazing but how much they love him and showed me even more pictures of him and the amazing staff together, they took personally. I am overjoyed I have a place that doesn’t just go above and beyond doing the baseline of their jobs, but have a genuine, immense amount of love and care for the animals in their care.

  We will never bring our dog here again. I’m not saying the facility itself is bad, but the customer service, honesty, and transparency were very disappointing. They tell you one thing over the phone, and then it turns into something completely different. The communication was poor, the pricing was not upfront, and additional charges were added that were never clearly explained beforehand. The person I spoke with on the phone gave me one price and certain expectations, but later changed the information and tried to charge more. In my experience, the issue wasn’t the place itself — it was the lack of clear communication and honesty from the staff.
