- JJJimmie W Guile JrMay 5, 20261.0I would leave ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Today 5/5/26 I brought my dog to be microchipped after making the appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago I drive over there for his appointment and I'm asked if it is his first time there, I said yes. They asked for proof of rabies, I said his tag is on his collar. I'm told they need a copy of the rabies certificate, I asked why I wasn't told this when I made the appointment.. nothing like wasting my time driving over there (not to mention the gas). Absolutely rediculous that they don't tell you this stuff over the phone when making appointments. Further more why is the rabies tag a valid form of proof of rabies for animal control officer (since the tag has the year on it) but not for a store clinic. Absolute waste of time!
