  I am glad my doggy’s doctor was at the Manchester location. However I prefer the Glastonbury location. I know there was a small accident next door and they aren’t open right now, but I am praying they open before my pups next appointment.

  Impossible to purchase perscription food for diabetic cat. Even when cat will not eat food prescribed. Pet Smart will not sell other than original. Cat hates Hills, needs Royal Cains

  I love this place!! All of the staff are very professional and attentive to your pet needs and concerns!! Dr. Na is the best!! He goes the distance in ensuring your pet wellbeing by providing needed testing and follow up!! I feel my baby Weenie will get the best care needed with the staffing at Banfield Pet Hospital in Manchester!! I would like to thank everyone for the excellent service you PROVIDE!!!!!!!! PET owners if you want peace of mind regarding your Pets care, you can't go wrong with this place!!!

  Everything was great start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment online. I was able to pick an affordable wellness plan as well. The wellness covers what my cat needs for an affordable price. When I got to the clinic I was seen immediately after check in, no wait. The staff was very kind to me and my pet. They really cared about my cats health they did everything he needed, asked detailed questions about his overall health, and they have made proper follow up plans to continue to monitor and treat him. I was really impressed with the care he received. My cat was initially a little nervous but by the end he felt very comfortable with vet tech Sean and his doctor. I was provided my discharge paperwork in a nice folder too. The app makes everything alot easier for continued care for my pet, communication and documentation.

  Brought my cat in for a possible UTI. They took a urine sample and sent it out for testing, and I was told I would have results the next day. I never received a call. When I called today, I was told the results were back, but the doctor who originally saw my cat would not be in until tomorrow. So now my sick and uncomfortable cat has to wait even longer for treatment? There were other doctors on staff who could have reviewed and interpreted the results. I was even told it was “the law” that only the original doctor could interpret them, which simply is not true. It sounds much more like Banfield policy that only the doctor who originally saw the animal can handle the case. I have had many pets and dealt with many veterinary offices over the past 60 years, and I have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, this experience convinced me that I will never go to a corporate-style veterinary practice again. Their procedures and policies seem to place company workflow above the comfort and well-being of sick animals, and I find that completely unacceptable.
