  I’ve been bringing my dog here since the summer of 2025, and I’ve always tried to be patient, but this experience was unacceptable. This is now the second time I’ve waited over four hours for my dog to be groomed. There were no text updates or phone calls to let me know they were running behind. After waiting three hours, I went to check on my dog and was told he still wasn’t finished and that it would be another hour/hour and a half. Just for me not to be able to get him for an additional 30 minutes. On top of that, this appointment had already been canceled twice before. What was even more upsetting was finding out that my dog had already been bathed and blow-dried but was waiting in a kennel while other dogs were being worked on. My pup has severe anxiety and doesn’t even use a kennel at home, so knowing he was sitting there waiting for an extended period was heartbreaking. If the salon was running that far behind, I should have been notified. Because the salon overbooked appointments, I had to miss work and completely rearrange my day waiting for my dog. I understand that delays can happen, but poor communication and repeated scheduling issues are not acceptable. There was no acknowledgment of the time I lost. Unfortunately, after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning to this Petco, and I can’t recommend it to others. Please respect your customers’ time and your customers’ pets just as much as you expect customers to respect your schedule.

  I truly do enjoy coming here the cashier, she is friendly and polite. Her energy makes it a pleasant shopping experience!

  15 minutes until closing and they refused to help with getting fish, said they were to busy counting there registers and refused any help. Terrible customer service here.

  the cashier who checked me out was so knowledgable and she did not tell me something to try to get me to buy something. She told me the truth about the product in question, she gave me the pros and cons. Everyone I speak to at Petco truly seem professional and honest. That counts for so much. I went into Petco 2 days ago and the young ladies name is Ashley. Thumbs up to a great employee.
