  Been coming here since its the only quick way to get vaccines for my dogs without having to pay $100 for a check up. And usually their pretty good. Lately tho down hill. One visit they canceled on me because their was no vet technician there and most recently they had to reschedule me because the vet technician was running late. They did not bother to call either time or notify me of this issue, wasting my time, gas and while I got a 20% off coupon for the inconvenience which was at least something that doesnt take back the fact that I had to drive 15-20 mins both ways to be turned away when a simple phone call to say " hey we need to push your appointment to such and such a time" I wouldve been fine with that. Do better

  We had a great experience purchasing our two baby guinea pigs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was an older guinea pig that had been surrendered, and we would have loved to give her a good home. However, we were disappointed to see that she was priced the same as the younger guinea pigs. In my opinion, surrendered animals should have a reduced adoption fee to encourage people to give them a second chance. It just didn’t feel like the most ethical approach. Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and we love our new guinea pigs. I just hope the store considers adjusting its pricing for surrendered animals to help them find loving homes more quickly.

  Zach and the other gentleman there on Thursday (didn’t catch his name but he had longer blonde hair) were beyond helpful and creating such a fun, welcoming, and educational environment! They made every customer smile while providing top tier customer service.
